Can AS even toggle drop now?
I remember it used to toggle drop like a ******* (good times...) but I don't think I've ever seen a toggle drop from AS since the change.

[/ QUOTE ]It doesn't need to. Plenty of stalkers have access to disorient skills which can do all of that for you. Resilience helps a lot to avoid stuns, but doesn't offer much else. Useful if you're getting stunned a lot, but hard to balance with everything else you might want in your build.
Anyway, you guys can scoff all you want. All I know is I was *held* using that very skill. And no, I wasn't stood still, and neither was I trying to make myself an easy target for assassin's strike. Regardless, the emphasis should have really been placed on Fear (A rookie error on my part in the OP) which even you guys admit is difficult to avoid without spamming Break-Free's.

Not over Integration. I've never seen EM stun over Mez Protection, maybe a Tank could do it at a pinch, but yeah.

Not a chance in hell. If you definitely had Integration running and definitely hadn't had it de-toggled, then the only likely explanation for what happened is that a Dom (or possibly Corr) had a number of holds on you already, and the Stalker hold just tipped the balance and broke Integration. Most assuredly, Spirit Shark Jaws did not "rip though" your mez protection, and trying to argue this will only get you ridicule.
Unrelated, but also probably worth mentioning in giving you PvP tips, having seen you in Warburg - using your Defender elec nuke on a /Dark MM (or a team huddling around one) is pretty much a complete waste of time: most of what little damage there is will be dispersed over both Shadow Fall and Bodyguard (and I didn't really notice the end drain).

Actually, regens stun prot is possible to overcome. I had it done to me in a duel recently but I forget who it was or what kind of toon..
There are lot of ways to stack over integrations hold prot but a solo STALKER sure as hell can't do it, not even DBs imba one!
Extremus: Yes, AS still toggledrops, the chance is just as small as with most everything else though.
edit: I suspect the OT just had some other villain hit him with a hold or two, and just didnt notice it.

In theory EM blaster could do it, they just need stun, TF, bonesmasher and energy punch and win at lottery.

Landing 4 stuns in quick succession like that you may as well pray you just drop Integration, it's a better chance.

This is my tactic versus roughly half the stalkers out there: (this is for a MA/Sr build btw)
Stalker uses hold Move: This shouldnt really affect you unless its fear since your a scrapper 
Stalker uses build up: Cant stop this
Stalker uses AS: If your standing around in a pvp zone then your finger should be right next to your heal button/inspiration
Stalker kills you: Sorry not today! thanks to your quick healing your now able to hold the stalker in place with a power of your choice (to prevent those that like to run), my personal favourite is fear *from power pool* or some sort of knockdown power. Might only last a few seconds but that should be more than enough for you to finish him off.
Stalkers dead: /e dance on his sorry dead body

Stalker leaves the zone since heroes are now overpowered

Its funny how everyone here is posting about how godly Integration supposedly is. You'd think, if that were the case, a Regen scrapper would never get held, disoriented or immobilized which is obviously false.
The only "godly" thing about integration is immunity to knockbacks in my opinion. Thats about the only thing I could honestly say works 100% of the time. Without resilience I can be stunned quite easily with Integration up, even versus those EM stalkers you claim shouldn't even be able to make a dent. I'm beginning to wonder if you're actually basing this on personal experience or throwing figures out there based on what you think shouldn't be possible :/

I have.
While fighting some Energy Melee Stalker in Recluse's Victory on my Claws/Super Reflexes Scrapper not too long ago, it didn't take that many hits for him to Stun me through stacked Practiced Brawler.
And quite recently, when attacking an Energy Melee Tanker in Recluse's Victory with my Plant/Thorn Dominator, I swear it only took him one goshdanged hit to Stun me through Domination. 
There are more examples, but these are the two most recent ones.

I have on mine who has integration + resilience. Lots of times against pve mobs too. Try fighting lots of those Tsoo EM ink men..
ps. I didnt say integration is godly. I was saying that a stalkers holding capabilities are weak and not enough to go over integration. Please pay attention to what I am saying. so I dont have to keep repeating myself.
I don't really see how much of a problem it is anyway- even if it had sufficent duration, by the time you'd stacked enough holds you could have simply spike-damaged the regen to death several times over. My EM Stalker could reliably stack stuns through Integration back when he had Stun in his build. These days he just two-shots the silly Regen. Bonus points if you toggle drop Integration with AS though...
I've not been stunned in PvE on my Regen Scrapper except by the Tsoo Ink Men (level 20-25ish). I've been held by Carnie Bosses countless times though, it's the only reason that character still carries breakfrees.

Ever seen Spirit Shark in action? Its a Leviathan Mastery skill, and plenty potent in PvP. Granted its usefulness is limited to Recluse's Victory, but it remains a hold move which can tear through Integration like it wasn't even there. And when slotted well, it can last for well up to 20 seconds. More than ample time to finish you off.
