/DA is the best pvp scrapper. Has a 30mag stun ftw!!!
Except u need die to use it...nerf DA REZ!!!!
On a serious note MA/regen and BS/regen imho. BS has a really good spike chain MA has nice secondary effects and acc/criticals plus you can easily use the animations on the fly rather than the rather big routing times BS has

Well lets see. Spines/MA/BS are your choices imho for pvp.
BS with DA will be a huge end drain and you will need to invest big time on sets to manage some good recovery.
MA is pretty light in endurance and has all the above advantages
Spines is pretty nice, has toxic damage good range for hunting stalkers combined with the nice perception u got lacks the "ooomph" spiking of BS and the acc/crit rate of MA
Well if i was forced to roll /DA i would prolly go MA/DA
spines/DA is uber in pve and not too shabby in pvp

MA/Regen is good for 1v1's, but you'll probably want Spines/* for any team fightin' and zones imo.

MA has an immob, and stuns. But yeah, to sum it up pretty much what Extremus said, MA for duels, but Spines for arena/zonal. That's why I got ma/regen and a spines/invuln (fotm)

Although, pvpers now are gimped, we use inspis,tier9s, travel powers and yes, we use, TOGGLES. So i suggest you MA/regen or Spines/regen.( i like both versions with /SR too ) BS/regen is too much i6ish imo.
@stalk, i thought the faster recharge you can get on elude is 60 seconds after it drops?

Perma-elude is not much different from no elude in some fights... Granted, it is still good.
ps. I created my MA/regen during time when spines/regens were FotM and I just considered MA better. So no complaining about me making toons FotM
Hi all i wanna make a pvp scrapper that is resenibly good in pve and soloble but has to be grate for pvp i was thinking of dark regen as my secondery could any one pls tell me if dark regen is good in pvp and for my primary i was thinking ether claws or Broad sward are they good and if not what is? thx all
