I don't know about Union vs Defiant to be honest. We'll probably have to have a load of players in the Union team on their Defiant characters to make 16 players vs Vigilance.

Well, there's you, Plight, Extremus, Archy, Hammerfall, Tainted Greek, Dark Blasphemy and Knight Stalker for a start - that's half way to 16 already, and I'm sure a regular PvPer like you knows far more names than those ones - those are just the ones that an occsional PvPer like me knows

Well, there's a very obvious comeback there, involving me pointing out the word that Xanthus wrote in bold, but that would be too cheap even for me, so I'll just say I'm not as familiar with the Italian PvPers instead

In fact I have mentioned them in the PD forums where I started discussion about possible team. Its going to be crowded queue to the 16, which is a happy thing after all 
I've not been on much myself lately, so I'm honestly not sure how many of them still play.
Puros and Cyberius just got back from their holiday, and therefore their corruptors are around now lol. Syrith is around too but he's not Italian lol

We still need to fill a few places since we're not 100% sure whether a few people will attend or not. I'll know by tomorrow so I can post up a list or something if people want to know.
Even if you aren't on the main team, though, you can still help out a bunch by turning up to the practice sessions I'm going to try and organize. If we get enough people it'd be AWESOME to do a big 16 vs 16 (although that's probably pushing it) since that will help the final team practice together in time for the tournament. Failing that we'll just do a whole bunch of 8 vs 8's.

Getting 16 pvpers to one place at the same time is pretty incredible, so definitely show up for the event even if you hadn't made the cut. Theres bound to be subs required.
To reiterate, its on september 19th.

Good point hammer, those that make the final cut have to be dedicated enough to show up to all forms of practice or the majority otherwise its not fair to those who don't get a spot on the team.

its nearly complete, just need to check a couple of ppl can make it on the 19th. i'll be waiting till next weekend b4 i make the list concrete just in case any1 else wants in.
