Thats the build i currently have, for farming and STF, but seen as the popularity has died down on STF i'll be respecing into a pure farm build, when servers back up!
I've just had a brief glance, but things that really jump out are:
Transferrance is not six slotted. Fire/Kin, even with sets, is very endurance heavy. 2/2/2 slotting allows you to keep going, and even if it misses, it's up again fairly soon.
Tactics - why not HOs?

I certainly wouldnt 6 slot hasten, slots are tight as it is on a fire/kin anyway, and in terms of recharge you are only saving like 6 seconds with the extra 3 slots. Not worth it imop.

Might take out one or two of them to go where needed, hasten will be perma with 2 sip speeds if I take out those three extra, I guess...
People are too recharge focused, a little bit of downtime on hasten is nothing, people gimp builds just so they can say WOO I HAVE PERMA HASTEN! 3 slot hasten

No, I want perma-hasten so I can keep my recharge constant, so I always get its 70% recharge buff, so I can keep mez protection up perma.

I've moved those slots out anyway, 'cos I calculated that I'll have enough +rech for it with 2 siphon speeds.
Also, can I have peoples thoughts on swapping leadership for fighting? It'll make me sturdier, but that'll be one less LoTG IO spot. Then again, I'd get +5% from tough still...
(I have tough+weave atm and frankly it is handy, though in my current playstyle I don't tend to flashfire much. I guess I could adapt to using it every spawn, but the animation irritates me. I can't imagine the boredom of Flashfire followed by Psi Tornado...)

Totally agree with globey. 6 slot hasten? pmsl, now that's really a waste of 3 precious slots!
Each one of those IOs beyond the third adds around 6% recharge, which is the equivalent of one of those set bonuses. I definitely need those in IW, guess it's not as essential in hasten.
Here's my fire/kin's current build (only missing the Numina unique). I don't need more +rechg since I can easily stack 3 Siphon Speeds (even 4 briefly) which gives me perma Hasten and IW. With Tactics and the +acc, I could probably drop some Acc enhances here and there, but I'm a bit of an accuracy freak. The slotting of Char is a nice compromise between hold duration, damage, recharge, and even a chance for an extra Mag 2 hold.

I have like a 3-4 sec downtime on IW and I wouldn't waste slots trying to get more +rechg to gain a second or two.

Thar be my build. I'm not going to get ALL of those enhancements, as I simply won't have the money. Ever. But It's a build to work towards, and I will get the recharge I require at some point. I'll not be overly fussy about enhancement levels, just as long as I get good bonuses. I'll start with the cheap ones too.
Any flaws in this build? (And no, I want to keep my fighting! )

So, freespec comes out today! And now, after a vetspec, 2 freespecs(I think) and 3 trial respecs, I can finally respec Burn again!
Now, I thought I'd come to the thought pool that is the forums to have a brainstorm about what sort of build to go for.
It has to have(In order of want):
-PvE farming effectiveness (My basic criteria, for easy mobs like family )
-Good effectiveness against carnies (Because they drop magic salvage)
-LOTS OF ORANGE NUMBERS!!!!!!!!!11!111oneon1111!!11!onethree
I would like it:
-To have mez protection. I don't like going power hungry on a mission with council or something, and then going onto carnies and getting held first thing. This makes it look like Psi is gunna be the epic.
-To be durable. On my current build, I have tough, weave, cj, rock armour and Earth's Embrace. Very hardy. However, if some of that has to be sacrificed, so be it.
-To be cheap. My main priority is to get perma mez protection though, which will require alot of money. However, being already 50 with fire/kin, I think I can rack it up quite well.
