Yep as TG stated just live in arious PvP zones hunting down the opponenet without any quarter and after a long time you'll have the badges

Solo in the pvp zones, and keep it constant for a while. Thats my advice. If you cannot solo, try to keep the team as small as possible.
Respec into a nasty PvP build, become the scourge of the zones. It takes a long while to get and you will die a lot, but as you don't lose rep from dying, it's not that bad. All you need to do is learn to rotate your kills so that it's 10 minutes between each kill of/death from the same person so you get rep from each kill (ie. you need to think who you kill).
Use things like pillboxes and heavies to your advantage, fight dirty, pop insps. Make enemies, learn to enjoy PvP, and eventually ... forget about badge-hunting and just be at the zones.

It's not. It's quite easy, just a little time consuming. I did this on a Kin/Rad a few months back, mostly solo or teamed with a Kin/Psi (not exactly your "uber PvP" combination), sometimes we had some scrappers with us which was fun, but rep gain is easiest in small teams. You just need to PvP a fair bit, and not let your rep decay.
You lose 2.4 points of rep a day, as long as you make sure your gain is more than that, you'll get it sooner or later. Even in a team of two, that's only 5 kills a day (even if you only get 1 point for them, and when you start out you'll get 6 points for a lot of people), which takes no time at all. In a small team when your rep is low it's quite easy to make 20-30 points of rep in quite a short play session if the zones are reasonably active.
Swap zones. Killed everyone in Sirens? Go to Warburg kill everyone in that zone, then RV, then back to SC, by which time you'll get rep for the ones in Sirens if you kill them again.
Remember who has high rep, make a point of picking them out when you see them (they'll like that, a lot). Often the people who have high rep simply PvP a lot, they're not necessarily that difficult to kill.
I take this moment to point out that due to the new changes and lack of people at the zones, Captain Skyfires reputation is now 0.0. 
I did solo the 400 rep badge long ago. Now there are two blatant problems.
1.) the current system punishes teaming in pvp zones SEVERELY. Well, it always did.
2.) There arent enough people to fight in the zones on Defiant.

Dying does have one weak point, it ALSO triggers rep suppression. Ie. if a stalker defeats you, then defeating him in return wont earn you rep until after the 10 minutes.. And what if the opponents are in team as well.. I wonder does it suppress for the entire team again..
Personally I hate the way devs have made rep system right now. Devs should at least reduce the decay a lot.

Isn't there another problem tho with leaving pvp zones and your rep decresing due to some sort of a bug?

Just wondering has anyone got any advice and how to get these badges as they have eluded me long enough and they are a pre requisite to the longbow warden 2 badge that enables you to farm the healing badges in gladiator matches!
I ask as it seem since a few patch notes so long ago that it is now nigh impossible to get any decent sort of reputation

All members of a team now share the timer for how long after defeating an enemy before they can gain reputation for defeating that same enemy again
Form what I have read on the US forums it seems impossible to get them now. Is this ever going to be looked at in the future or do I just have to take it that I will never get the badges?
