Well, of course it's easier for me to help a Hero than a Villain, because I can have more interaction with them - but Villains still get verbal support
(Although, it would really help if the default chat setting included having all enemy text enabled - a lot of new players don't know about that option, and when they use Help, they can't see any Hero written replies)

This is such a small change to make, I'm not sure why they haven't done it yet - unless they have some reason for wanting enemy chat turned off as the default option.
