My basics on pets is mostly 3acc/3dmg on the lowest 3, 2acc/2dmg/extra on the middle 2 and 1 acc/fillup on the highest pet.
Then as i get tactics or sortlike, i remove 1 
Although with IO's and getting close to 50, 2 acc in the lowest 3 work pretty good too.

With tactics my ninjas have no problem with one acc - leaves more slots free to power up the holds/confuses/debuffs
It also depends on your secondary. Is something debuffing for you? Mortar? Arrow? Poison? If not..
I slotted all my ninja with full "Blood Mandate" sets. The recovery and defensive set bonus's stacked 3 times is best for my type of play and pvp. Get those blappers mad when the nuke always misses! Defense and recovery!

Assault and Tactics does sound handy.....but that's 2 powers I could use somewhere else.
I'm pure PvE.....I can't stand the PvP in this game 
....so tactics isn't such a big consideration for me.
My secondary is dark so I'll have a few toggles to run anyway by the time I get my build developed 
Don't be too quick to dismiss the Leadership pool, as having Tactics running is great when you've got stealthed foes in your mission to find/kill
Assault helps resist the placate from those Arachnos stalker types too which is handy. Plus Manouvers is handy for the confuse resist. However I'm not slotting these much, just for endurance reduction till I have spare slots.
Back to the slotting question, I go with x2 Acc as basic for all the pets or with IO sets giving them at least 80% Acc. Your tier one and two henchies will be really ineffective with the one Acc and the ONI might get by but I'm not sure.
Was just wondering how peple are slotting their ninjas. I've just hit lvl 22 and was wondering if 1 SO acc will be adequate?
I was thinking about 1 Acc, 3 Dam and 2 Disorient
