Plain old run of the mill ice/em/force the odds are on the rad/psi, ice/em/cold however shouldnt ever really lose skill being equal. Snowstorm should always be locked on, hibern00b away getting your powers together, jump out, snowstorm (if its not locked on) powerboost, boost range, aim, build up, arena web nade = dead defender. The powerboosted slows are crippling and hibern00b is up enough to save the blaster when they are in danger of dying. Lady Whites ice/em/cold schooled my rad/sonic while i was having great fun beating up most others, powerboosted slows destroy you and snowstorm doesnt miss (and has a greater range than rad debuffs)

My rad/psi (though not made for pvp) struggles against /regen scrappers. I found a claws/regen a total nightmare to deal with due to their ranged attacks.
well as said, a good rad/psi wont kill or be killed by regen. currently doing a lot of tests on defiant, cause of my regular duo as bs/regen (me) and rad/psi, not just PvP but PvE as well. Seeing we went to lvl 50 together, we know each other's build, playstyle and strengths/weaknesses quite well.
Doin a few lvl 50 arena fights these days and thusfar I win with relative ease but its getting harder n harder. However i blame this on the lack of PvP experience of the rad/psi.
Bottom line is, if you dont get a few lucky crits, you wont plant one. Been a while that you cant kill for a while, just some gentle taps, then get lucky and land a built-up crit headsplitter, taking away most of their health at once.
I reckon as soon as she gets enough experience in duelling, it will prolly be 0-0 ties all the way. Slows [censored] up a regen though most of times i manage to keep her at bay with caltrops + webnade long enough for me to get a hit in, interrupting the attack chain. After a while its just like watching the slo-mo scenes from baywatch over n over again :/
As for other builds breakdown, i'd agree with what imag said earlier.

seem to do ok vs rad/psi on a spines/regen, think thats been mentioned tho.
Am running +43%Acc from io's at the moment though to be fair, and havnt faced an io'd rad/psy yet.
Curious if theres on on union? As in fully io'd.

Ice/Rad trollers can do good against most Rad/Psis, but skill factor is great on both sides, really. A Necro/Poison mastermind would have good chances aswell.
