Arachnos Flier Hunt

Since hearing that the flier was properly fixed this time (thank god!) ive kept my eyes open on the 'DefiantBadgers' global channel, waiting to see if someone was organizing a date/time to search for it or waiting for that "FLIER" call but haven't heard it, been online alot the past few days and zilcho.

Found out this morning that there was a spawn and there were teams and the flier was taken down, a little annoyed but i understand that bad luck is my enemy

so anyway, wanted to see if there were any interested in getting it still, if so, think we should get a few teams on it.

Ill be there with my brute or MM, depending on which is needed at the time... as long as im not at work when its scheduled

Ooh me please been wanting this for ages. My shifts are pretty [censored] at the mo though. Next Sunday day or an evening would be better for me.

I would also be interested in helping with this.

im gonna propose we gather in GV on Sunday 24th June at 1pm, any and all who show up has to have patience, there may or may not be alot of waiting around for it to spawn.

hope to see a good turnout, will let the DefiantBadgers global channel admins know so they can put it in their MotD which will hopefully grab a few more people.

well im not sure how many were gathered when it was first taken down but i would say that2 full teams of well prepared villains is minimum, by 'well prepared' i mean debuffers/healers/damage dealers all nicely balanced, oh and with as many -Fly powers as possible, lol.

There was 6 people or so there last time, but most came prepared with Shivans. I was in a team of two, and we still got the badge. I saw maybe 4 others there. I launched two nukes, and summoned a Shivan. The thing was very squishy then. It died on the landing site East of the GV tower. Bring Shivans!

We took the flier down last night with about 5 villains and Shivans.

I was on a team of 4 and a Mastermind, out of the team was present. If there were others, I didn't see them. The battle didn't last long enough for anyone else to really get involved tbh.

It went down really quickly and we destroyed it at the fist landing point we found it at with no real strain or trouble at all .

Edit: I'm guessing Gravitos was probably there if that's referring to last nights Shivan gank fest .

ah thats good then, it would seem the flier is not as formidable as i thought shame really, its given me so much grief in the past it wont feel worthit if its too easy, lol

Yes, I was indeed that MM, Mighty. And I had a guy in my team. So that's all accounted for.
