Surely PB for use with aim and build up?

but if i can manage 2 tohit buffs in both aim and build up is it still neccesary?
Spec in PB on Test and try it out to see how much more damage you do.
PB doesn't increase damage, just the accuracy (or ToHit for the fussy ones) in which Aim/BU provides a boost in. I don't really see the use in taking PB if your not going to be taking Aid Self, I havn't got it on my Fire/Energy blaster.

Hit thru Elude, retsu, PFF...
Power Boost would:
Increase the stuns on the NRG attacks
Increase the ToHit on Build Up
Increase your movement speed
Increase the Defence on PFF (as I assume you arent taking Repulsion Field)
Increase the resistance on both Temp Inv. and FoN
Although I take it your making or have made this alt for PvP and imo I don't think none of the above will make a great deal of difference. In PvP kills are what count, so I myself would take Inferno.
Stuns will still hit just not last as long, acc is still superb (and with fortitude who needs PB anyway), speed you wont notice and defence has probably hit the cap for a blaster anyway (Although Ive no idea what the cap is), your HP is low as a blaster so a little extra Resistance wont help all that much. Inferno might get you 3 kills in one click of a button.

Something I forgot to mention, which is actually quite nice from Power Boosts point of view, is it will increase your Mez Resist on the likes of Acrobatics and CJ if your getting them.

I went without it i got 3 tohitbuff in aim and build up anyways
OK the question is power boost vs inferno can't fit both. I'm not taking aidself and im taking force mastery.
