That is an interesting question, and one I hadn't considered.
My first reaction is that I don't see why not. I'll have a think about it, but unless you hear different from me, assume that they can be nominated.

An interesting point to note... my own Creative Genius title was won for a comic that I've also entered in a contest held by NC Soft (a day in the life of.. I believe it was called?)
So, if not, my own title will (probably) have to be removed as well.

A little correction :
That picture was made by Soulasylum. Triumph only took the pose
