AR/Traps Build - Feedback Please

I've been inspired to try an AR/Traps Cor. and I'd like some feedback on my proposed build (intended for PvE). Any and all comments welcome but I'd particularly like to know if I've neglected the slotting in any key powers. Cheers all

Heres my suggestions:
1) slot attack powers 2 acc 3 dmg 1 recharge
2) take hasten if possible (its horrible waiting for burst,slug,snipe to recharge at early levels)
3) take fly instead of tp as it will get you out of melee range .. also you have a pulling power in snipe and its better than tp foe.
4) web gren is good with just 2 acc
5) fully slot FFG with def buffs
6) fully slot poison traps with just recharge (hold does nothing to the length of the hold)
7) think about assault/tactics later on .. assault is only a 10% dmg buff but with scourge its 20% and tactics for those nasty nightwidows and scouts plus the extra acc is good.

Hold length does nothing at all? Is it broken?

The vomit hold is not affected by enhancements.
The normal hold is affected by enhancements and switching from 3 rech to 3 rech/3 hold was very noticeable on my Thugs/Traps.

Assault is a 15% damage buff for Corrs (with 3 damage SOs in your damage powers it is "only" ~7,5% more damage).
Scourge does not magically double it to 30%.
