Hi names liam, im a graphic design and illustration student and im in my final year so i hope to twist the tutors arms a little and produce a piece of work that for once i enjoy.
The reason Swissy doesn't finish some of his drawings is because its nothing special to him.Its the same to me i can never get past the isometric layouts and shading because i have done it since i was 6 years of age up until now its like saying "nice wall dude" to a bricklayer.you dont realise the real impact in your work to you unleash it onto others not so illustratively adept. But i realised that my role now is to teach and help others.
Perspective lighting etc has never been hard but the follow through is tough.
I have seen your work and i have to say its pretty good and i was hoping to send in a few of my own.
I'm not going to post any images now for one im not sure how and two most of them are A3 and in sealed packaging.
I did a few weeks work experience with Alan Batson he's a freelance artist who out of the whole of uk is a liscensed Disney character designer so i learned a lot from him.

In short im here to say hello to the creative community and im sure we will have fun.

Welcome to ze créative boards...

I know we'll have fun. ^^

I wonder how it was to study by Alan Batson's side. And how much one could learn.

Lol.
I appreciate you trying to understand my way of thinking but there are 2 reasons why I don't always finish my drawings. And they are interconnected.
-1 Work. Heavy deadlines make us work long days and sometimes on weekends.
-2 Coh/v. When I come home from a long day's work, I'm pretty knackered so I just log on and play with my mates...

When I do pickup my tablet pen, I totally lose myself in the pixels, colours and the music I'll have blasting from the speakers. Every doodle I make is an adventure to me, no matter how small the doodle.

It's not the size of the doodle, it's how you use it?
