What i Dont understand is which LvL to slot enhancement & which ones If you can help me on this TY!
I wouldn't follow this build if you are still levelling atm. You'll want to get short circuit in there somewhere for PvE, and probably more of a ranged chain. Ill try and get a PvE build on here too.
Ball lightning is chosen for the fast animation and subtlety of the DoT. It goes very nicely with TB 
In a lot of occasions I would rather have Charged Bolts instead, or even Short Circuit, but it is the best all round choice for the way I play. Others may not find this to be true.
Also, it should be 2 end reducs in Frozen Armor, not recharge reduc.

My slotting on the above build is not done in any particular order, just made sure everything was slotted as it should be by level 50. As I said, I'll try and do a PvE build this afternoon if I get time, and slot it correctly as if I was currently levelling.

There is alot of good Info on this Build Posted allready.
SO! If there are any other Blaster's with the same Build, play it & love it .
Ps - Low Level's Allway's try to get a level fast team, that way you wont have to waste so much INF on Enhancement's that are not needed.
Eg. Slotting 5++ 10++ 15++ Ect, if you level fast enough you can wait 2 level's & auto + Eg. Lvl 15 slot to 15+ then wait untill Lvl 18 as soon as you COMBINE you get 18+ & saves quiet alot of INF @ Low Lvl's.

Or, if u need the inf, do a bunch of papermissions in KR and the salvage will drop massive. Alot lowbie salvage goes around 10-60k each, wich u can make a little forture at already lvl8 (lvl8 here, currently 300k, started from stratch).

Hmmm, yes, with Wentworth's/black market in place inf really shouldn't be a problem. If you know how to play the market your toon can be a millionaire as soon as he reaches level 5 (because it's a pain to move around without the temporary power from the first safeguard/mayhem mission).
Actually, you don't save a single point of inf by upgrading your enhancements to e.g. 15++ as it only delays the spending of inf. To the contrary: You have more inf if you just sell the enhancements instead of using them for upgrading. The only exemption is if you upgrade something with higher level enhancements to something like 19+ as this would allow you to skip buying a lvl 20 enhancement for that slot.
And at later levels, always make sure you use your respecs when levelling to 27 and/or 32 and/or 37 etc. before buying new enhancements (and sell all the old enhancements in the process... if you have some enhancements in your tray all the better). That way you will really save loads of inf.
