Well, yes. You'd either beat me or it'd be a draw. I certainly wouldn't get any kills. Why? Because I'm a support character. It's the same as saying "I'd totally beat that empath who has no attacks"; essentially a pointless statement. You wouldn't ever be in a one on one situation with that build, so why make such a big issue of it?

It wasnt about the kills, its about making you ineffective through sonic cage before ya made me.
I'd have to squishie hunt ya for the sake of my team in a pvp zone and put ya out of action basically cos ya would be a pain.
And to be insightful as i think i need to be with people maybe taking what i say the wrong way this is what all i think it would take:

And here's the clincher. Your cage isn't perma, and it's even less perma with that slotting. I only have to be out of the cage for about 30 seconds every four minutes. While you have me in the cage, the rest of my team is going to be all over you like a rash. Caging the sonic is caging the wrong person.

I can see what you're saying here, but then my cage would no longer be perma which is really what I'm going for. When Acc/Range/Recharge Invention-Os come in you can bet that my cage will have 3 of those in it instead of 3 recharge 3 acc.
Use acc mez's in cage, it enhances duration

Being squishie hunted by ya team would be fine, its just cat and mouse thing and in a pvp zone (a place of my initial thinking) tp foe would be best if it could be uninterrupted.

Get them, anyone can get them, i dont want to go into my stick will be bigger than your stick with you as i had merely theorised with the build ya had at the start without and still without being too insightful. The cage could of been hasted or i sb'd but a fix of 3 rechg and 3 range is still enough all depending on what i had in my insp tray.
I wasnt seeking to play whose got the biggest stick with ya i was just playfully theorising with the first build. You can be put out of action by another without question and so can i. As i have basically already have stated with your build being a pain for the opposition you'd need to be.

Looks like a good build. I went for a more of a debuffing build with mine though. Most attacks for stacking goodness. Travel powers are probably the best for this toon. Nice range in your buffs helps reduce time spent chasing team mates. If you want to cage defence based players you might want tactics. Power build up is useful but you'd need to give up mind over body etc. Glad to see you didn't take hypnosis as Sirens Song is better lol. I don't know why people don't like liquefy as its really good in certain situations. Sonic/Sonic can only be played 3 ways debuff/cage, buff/cage or a mix of the two.

Em, we're not so sure. Reports state Endo's enhance Mag, not Duration for foe intangibles. But they're not exactly the same as Foe Captures, so we're doing some testing later.
I'd post my build for comparison but i'm at work lol. I took most attacks, sonic siphon and sonic disruption. So all i need to do is follow a team mate preferably melee and attack his target for really quick kills. The enemy usually try to gank me though so cage the biggest threat and laydown liquefy if i need to stop. I also have mind over body and with all the toggles running its possible to survive a nova 
not sure about one on defiance i doubt it though lol. Teammates might if they aren't the target and are fully buffed. Phase Shift as a panic button.

Endo's don't affect Duration of Cage.
Does capture even have a "MAG" worth talking about?
I know that Red Noise can cage a normal mission AV with one shot, haven't tried it with a GM.

Def Debuff HOs produce very slightly greater +defence than Def buff ones.
It's a known bug/feature about the way defence is calculated and everyone's generally quite happy with it.
So an Enzyme would boost the defence buff and End Cost of Stealth.

Your right i am not a pvper, doesnt mean i dont go into pvp zones or do abit tho, base raids i like alot which are often more cramped than arena matches.
My empath jaqi has ss and and tp and basically is nippy in the pvp zones. I dont mind pvp zones neither. I do my tp and buff/heal with her and she has been squishie hunted for it but that was time ago.
Normally i dont ever reply to pvp posts but if ya check no one replied to Xanthus's post after a whole day and i thought i'd be nice and suggest somit.
Suggestions dont = must takes.
And what I'll have dont = what you should have
and pvp doesnt always = in the arena
I say all that cos i think things were leading somewhere else in other peoples minds.
Oh and i dont serious pvp cos itll mess with my concept toons pve builds, plus if i do it is heroes versus villains that i am more okay with.
