I'm sorry, I'm a noob, I was wondering what the numbers by the enhancements mean.

I took this thread to heart over the weekend and rolled a PSI defender albeit a Kinetics.

Having only just reached lvl 9 I am somewhat of a buff-machine. With Siphon Speed and Haste I can double stack SS and triple stack Siphon Power already! I'm not even on TO's yet.

Against single targets (Lead Brick bosses) being fave I can span Subdue and be ready to hit them again before the Immob wears off. Plus although the first attack is pants the -recharge is a nice feature when combined with SS.

The only thing I would say is that the decent attacks in PSI are late coming but the toon feels pretty immense already.

Nice to know my idea is taken for face value.. happy to note i have one myself and it' is.. to put mild a nice killer combi... and has a lot of potential later on.. so I'm gonna stick with my original idea.. and play this one through (and it'll be the Defender to complete my full 1 of every AT to 50 set), I just hope teamage will be available later on, and us "Offenders" won't be left out.

psi is also getting better as the root on the first attack is lessened in i8

Some 1AT people ran an all-defender team for a while (Team Synergy) with one toon of each primary. I think they stopped somewhere in the mid-20s, but they were blitzing through +3/4s. Not as min/max as all-rad or 4 rad/4 kin, but a nice way to get a bit of everything and no "waste" of powers like having 8 RAs.

CoX 50s: <ill/rad> <ice/ice> <fire/kin> <grav/sonic> <ice/storm> <earth/kin> <kin/elec> <cold/psy> <thugs/dark> <fire/dark> <dark/elec> <night widow> <EM/ninj> <mind/icy>

Depends on who put the build together. When I'm doing one I just sling the slots on at the end in no particular order.

As a rule, add them to the powers you seem to use most first, and don't be afraid of using different enhancements in the slots pre SOs - I often use more accs when using DOs+TOs.

TOs are training origin, or generic, enhancements. They offer the smallest boost. DOs, dual origins, are each for 2 origins, or only 2 origins can use each DO as a better way. There *are* DOs of each type for all origins, of course. They offer double the boost of TOs. SOs are single origins, each SO enhancement is assigned an origin, so you can only get the SO from the store of your origin. They off 4x the boost of Training origins.
DOs are available from 12(Using lvl 15 ones) and SOs from 22(using lvl 25 ones).

That help?
