thanx for the advice, i was thinking more towards hasten as well and i still plan to slot all attacks with one recharge red, so that with lightning reflexs and hasten, lightning rod should be up quite often i hope
i might get one PPP after ive got all the pwers i need in my primary and seconday which means i might only get one at 49

If ya have aid self, I'd go for hasten, otherwise I'd go for Tough.
I have a lvl36 SS/elec brute and I got tough, which is very good if ya team with a corrupter, U don't die as fast so the cor has some time to help U out there.
Regarding the recharge, once U have lightning reflexes, U have a +20% recharge buff
D I have slotted my attacks with 1 ACC,3DAM,1END and 1 RECH and my attack chain is nicely close

title sums it up
cant decide on hasten or tough when i reach lvl 41 with my elec/elec brute
atm hes lvl 30 and i no wat im gonna get till 41...
32..lightning rod, 35 power sink, 38 power surge
but at 41 im not sure which one will be more useful
i was thinking i could slot all my attacks with one recharge red instead of getting hasten but im not sure..
