Spawn Fixes changing brute behaviour

Back before the changes carnies were without a doubt the best thing for me to herd with my brute. I could take out a three person spawned final room with one attack cycle. They were stupidly easy XP. Now they spawn steel strongmen its an entirely different story. A one person spawn is actually an effort. And this change actually pleases me.

Council are now the walkthrough and great XP (before they were just a walkthrough) and CoT are actually fun now.

I guess I am a fan of this change and I wondered if any other brutes had noticed the difference (as we tend to get hit more than other ATs)

Well, more lt's means my fire brute can herd more spawns, but also that I take more damage... On the whole, it has increased XPOT nicely tho'.
