You'll want 2 Acc on each attack I think. That's just what I pick up from a brief skim over. I've never played blasters past lvl 8, so I can't give much advice, but it's normally standard to have 2 acc per attack, unless you have a toggle for ToHit.
Get tesla cage as early as poss if you solo.
1 acc is fine in attacks as long as you do sensible PvE (Not higher than +2 foes)
Ditch burn, voltaic sentinel, get the other single target blast, and fire sword circle.
Drop ACC's from the nuke, you're going to use aim and BU before it anyways. Slot it 3 dam 3 rech.
Hmmm, The very first single target blast is rather weak IMHO. Only good as a chain filler until you've got a few more powers in there.

You might not have read the original post too closely either MaX. CrimsonStorm stated she didn't want to take many PBAoE attacks so FSC, despite the fact it is excellent (and elec/fire is great for PBAoE goodness), wouldn't get used in her playstyle.
That being said, I'm thinking a bit about burn, it could be handy to drop around you to make sure minions flee from melee range, but otherwise is a bit esotoric.

[/ QUOTE ]I did read that, but I also read the build, which already had such melee powers as burn, consume and fire sword.
I wouldn't bother with burn, its a useless PBAoE which only covers a small area - it does make foes run, but the activation time is quite long which makes it useless as a "panic button".
If you want a pbAoE for damage mitigation, take Fire Sword Circle. It will drop most minions who have previously taken damage (so if you've fired off your attack chain, this will mostly finish them off).

Elec/fire is probably the highest PBAoE damager AND controller, I'd recommend aim, build up, SC, FSC, BP for panicing and consume for your end. This will, oddly, prolly be the most fun once you learn to handle it. If you are staying range then defo go for Zapp. Infact use the search thing, take off dates, search "Zapp" and my username and u can see the VS vs Zapp debate, its all down to PvE vs PvP and solo vs group play tbh (although Zapp in groups ftl tbh). The pet is uber in certain environments, don't listen to the naysayers, be subjective and look at your own scenario.
other than that, agree with MaXhead on the tesla cage, get it and 6 slot 2 acc 2 dur 2 recred ASAP, at 45 wack as many HOs in as possible 
. get FS, it rawks etc

Hiya,
I'm new to the forum, but I'm a level 27 blaster and have just returned to the game after a 11 month break. I've now found that phase shift is pants and so I'm respecing my charecter. My computer has a tendency to freeze up so I'd rather blast from afar than upclose and personal.
My boyf Laustin has told me to get you lot's advice.
