My thug/dark build
I've tried Thugs up to 32, but no experience with dark miasma. The pistol attacks are pretty bad for the endurance cost with Empty Clips being the worst; if you absolutely must have a pistol attack I would get Dual Wield instead - I ended up respeccing out of the pistols completely, if you use them you almost certainly will want stamina.
The Thugs are best used ranged except the Bruiser who is best used with a Goto command to send him and keep him in melee, he gets very good post 32.

First question is, do i need stamina?
[/ QUOTE ]
Wholly depends on playstyle - but seeing as you've got Darkest Night, Shadowfall, Leadership Pool and Hasten - not to mention Empty Clips - I'd edge towards "yes", if you want to actually be able to use any of those powers.

2nd question, i dont know what to take at L35, the iv got 3 ideas but im not sure.
[/ QUOTE ]
I'd always advise picking up Howling Twilight - not just a good team power, but a great debuff. In the course of normal team play, I'll probably use HT 20 times more as a mez/debuff/opener, than I do an ally rez.

Also i have no idea about epics (L41+) coz iv never gotten a villain past 40. I plan to team/solo pve, then respec to pvp at 50

If you're planning to PvP, you'll probably either want Black Scorpion for the +Def shield and -Fly, -Jump Mace powers, or Scirocco for the shield (which stacks nicely with Shadowfall).

For soloing big mobs my game plan is this:
1) Activate leadership/hasten/hover.
2) Send in Pets (gang war included for bosses and large mobs).
3) Lay down Tar Patch and activate Darkest Night.
4) Use Petrifying Gaze then Fearsome Stare.
5) Hover over battle using Empty Clips to attack and Twilight Grasp to heal.
[/ QUOTE ]
I'd suggest using Fearsome Stare/Howling Twilight as opener, with Bodyguard enabled > Twilight Grasp any damage taken > Tar Patch > Darkest Night (if necessary) > Petrifying Gaze your anchor. By this point, everything should be dead/almost dead anyway, and you can probably leave your pistolas where they are. Hovering over mobs isn't recommended for a /Dark - hovering over your minions is far superior, as it enables you to get the best use of Twilight Grasp (which has a very small radius for an MM).

Here's the planned build to 40 for my Thugs/Dark MM who's currently 28. As you'll see I went for Stamina because I hate running out of endurance, even if I don't plan to take the Leadership pool. Super Speed is nice to use with Shadow Fall and Hasten is always helpful, even if I don't really play a blastermind. I would have liked to take HT earlier, but not sure what I would have left out.

I currently have a Thug/Dark Mastermind at 38 and have had no problems not taking stamina, Just 2 slot the toggle powers with End reds and you can survive fine.
And looking through Oktons sugested build Do not slot Gang war for Acc or damage, 3 recharge is all it really needs, they are REALLY weak and are easily defeated so they are best used to take the alpha attacks IMO
I never took the pistol attacks cause personally i think they look stupid but thats me :P I have taken all the Dark side powers (Expect for Blackhole)
Any ways :P back to my point : You can survive with out stamina and taking the pistol attack just seems a waste as the pets do tear through mobs pritty easily when the debuffs are down.

First question is, do i need stamina? If i do i can drop fly and fit fitness in maybe if i take super speed. 2nd question, i dont know what to take at L35, the iv got 3 ideas but im not sure.
