I'd advice you to wait a bit and see how things change with the new opponents you're facing.
If things remain easy then try Tenacious if you've focused on AoE or Rugged if you've focused on single target. Tenacious increases the amount of mobs in each spawn while Rugged increases their level.

[/ QUOTE ]Yup, I'd do the same, and if things STILL are way too easy up to invinc if ST and UY if AoE.
With Sonic/Energy it think I went upto Rugged first then Invincible not too long after. The single target secondary after a Sonic -Res does wonders for higher level enemies.
Go with Rugged for now. Maybe after 22 and SOs see how it goes and decide if you want to raise it further.
PS:- This must be on Union Harv? Cos if not, come join Icen, Polarize and Anouke among others in our little Blaster jamboree - all Blasters or Scrappers, nothing else. It's great fun.
