Slotting's as important as power picks!

I'd skip cloaking device and get Fire Breath for levelling. Also, try slotting it, it's not as simple as just picking powers. You have to be able to slot them as well.

[/ QUOTE ]Whaaaaaa??? You need BOTH those powers, cloaking device is essential for solo trip mining, and fire breath is awesome AoE.

And yes, power order is easy, slotting is the hard part.

problem solved, dont go fire/ or /dev, then you wont need any slots to better than you could be with fire dev. seeing as you care enough to slot this buil you will obviously care enough to defend it.

Do you plan to do PvE or PvP?
Do you solo or team?

If you team a lot then I would skip auto turret. Most teams are too impatient to wait for it to be setup. They don't like waiting for mines either but those are too useful to ignore.

I've never gotten much use out of timbomb myself so I tend not to bother with that one.

As stated by Max, I'd definitely squeeze Fire Breath in there somewhere...
Hmm... Maybe drop Auto Turret (having tried it, I'm not a fan) and move all the powers after stamina down one, so to speak. That's off the top of my head, to be honest, may not work terribly well in practice.

And definitely keep cloaking device. Great for planting a time bomb in the middle of a mob group (not Nem, though... *shudder* ), then laying a caltrops/trip mine trap to catch the survivors who chase you, fire breathing them as the get stuck on the caltrops....
