No choking cloud indeed, too much of an endurance hogger for me..
Hmm, only one Acc on most of the main offense, I'd go for 2x Acc 2x Dam rather than 1x Acc 3x Dam. But I guess that's a personal preference for steady, reliable damage over bursty damage, if the levels you fight are mostly low, 1x Acc is probably ok, especially if one of you has Tactics.
Aye, my partner just rerolled a MM, so leadership with tactics is a given now.
So far I don't miss so much that I want to switch one more acc in there, and the big numbers brought by 3 dmg make my day every time Bitter Ice Blasts gets a scourge
Only thing i'm regretting right now is not having Frost breath yet (took me a while to decide between BIB and FB at level 18), would be really nice when packing mobs with RI and EF.
First off, drop Frost Breath, funny to see how Ice Bolt has an endredux and Frost Breath hasn't, and Frost Breath just eats end.
Don't slot Lingering Radiation with slow, the enemy is probably capped to crawl when you have hit your ice attacks and LR. The slows in it only debuff the speed.
Ice Bolt doesn't really need EndReduxes, put another damage in it.

I'd slot fly first with an EndRedux but that's only personal thing
Switch Health to Hurdle, you can easily heal yourself with Radiant Aura and Health doesn't really show up difference then.
As it's a /Rad secondary, I'd swap BIB's recharge for another EndRdx, you'll kill things easy anyway, and with less endurance then. (BIB eats a chunk of End)
Ice Storm, 3 slows, interesting. I'd have at least 1 acc so you can get more out of the 3 Dmg in it.
It'd be nice if you had Freeze Ray aswell, especially if the group has for example, 2 Nullifiers in it. 2 Holds, 2 acc and 2 rechg would be the ideal 6-slotting.
Radiant Aura seems so underslotted, guess you can sacrifice a few slots for it when you progress to 50, can't you?
Fallout isn't that good, it requires your mate to be dead. Having no accuracies, it means that it's more likely that it's going to miss, unless the mobs are under RI.
Slot Rest with a rchg, you'll most likely need it for endurance, not health, and with a Rchg you can cast it more often.
Don't slot Brawl with damage, it only does 1 BI and you're going to miss with it anyway, 1 acc if anything.
Radiant Infection doesn't really need DefDebuffs, the base is high enough, combined with 1 acc you almost never miss anyway, unless you are facing CoT spectral things.
When you get more slots, slot EM Pulse heavily, it's the best hold in the {b]game[/b].
Stamina looks good, so does Hasten.
Ice/Rad was the last month's FoTM (current one is Ice/Cold.)

Well, FB is situational, just gonna use it when soloing and packing mobs in a tight spot with the rad AEs, hence the massive +dmg on it.

Well, at first I didn't take FR because my wife had it on her corruptor, and now she rerolled a MM. But it all comes down to me not being much support focused, so skipping it for now, might come back in a later respec.

It is underslotted indeed, but it's on purpose. My wife's MM is ninja/dark, heals are pretty nicely covered with her

I would prefer 3 dmg, 2 rech, 1 end red in Ice Storm.
You don't need the slows in it since you will slow the baddies with Lingering Radiation to keep them from running away.
It hardly misses without slotting for accuracy....especially when using Radiation Infection.

Hmm, you got a point there, I'll have to re-think Ice Storm it seems.
Having played a /rad upto 40 I've found choking cloud to be less end hungry than enverating field. Put a coouple of end reducerd in it and you can have it happily running all the time. It is also worth its weight in end as the hold work brilliantly in both PvP and PvE. I was attacked by both a Blaster and a Scrapper in Sirens, the choking cloud aheld the blaster while I finished off the Scrapper first and allowed me to beat them both
I agree with Radiant that Choking Cloud is fab in PvE. It needs 6 slotting for full usefulness though, 3 End Reduc & 3 Hold Duration and Bobs your aunties live-in lover.
RI works well with it as it lowers Defense. You can't add accuracys to Choking Cloud.
Aye I know that Choking cloud is good, it just doesn't suit my playstyle
I've created my Ice/Rad template using War's template from the US boards as a base.
Keep in mind that I rarely solo, almost always team up with an Ice/Kin corruptor who has Free Ray. PvP is not a concern atm, I'll look at a possible respec for that later.

As you can guess I like doing damage, lots of it, and that's the goal of this build. So far after 16 levels it's holding out pretty nicely, although it can be quite a strain on the endurance sometimes, but not enough to take Stam/Health earlier imo.
