Lucks give you 12.5%/25%/33%, according to developer pohsyb.
And the percent doesn't really mean percentage of your base defense, it's a hard number added to whatever your current defense is (be it 0% or 287%)

Does anyone know how much defence each luck insp gives you? The manual says 25% but its old and isnt really clear if it means 25% of the cap, or 25% of what you already have (which would be 0 if you dont have any def already).
