Kuji-In Rin needs to be 3 slotted to be perma
Hide only offers a decent defense when you're hidden, and even then only from AoE. So unless you're planning to move in a group a lot, you could just stick 1 or 2 endred in it and leave the def.
I can't see why you've taken invisibility, stealth and hide makes you invisible to most enemies (except maybe scrappers with FA and tactics in RV), and you can't attack with invisibility on.
I suggest squeeze a RecRed into AS. That way you can use it just a couple of seconds after going back into hide. Although you have put hasten in for RV, so it depends where you're planning to PvP the most.
I don't know if you're aiming for unsurpressed travel... if that's not really what you're bothered about, do you need so much slots devoted to swift and hurdle? If you do want unsurpressed travel, I suggest take a slot out of swift and put it in combat jumping for an extra Jump enh.
Otherwise it seems like a good build, you've taken all the core PvP powers and even fit in Acrobatics you should have fun even without my suggestions.
Ive been reading alot bout people talking about un-supressed travel. What exactly is meant by this and what, if any, benefits does it offer.
The main reasons I slotted swift and hurdle is because, to my mind, movement is the key to a stalkers survival (I think this goes for any assasin class in any game).
As for 3 slotting Rin, I have found my Rin is perma with 2 SO recharge rate reductions at lvl 41. Will this change at higher levels?
Invisibility was a shot in the dark really..having read up on it it seems that you cant run stealth and invisibilty at the same time so I think I will be swapping that out for grant invisibility maybe? Or maybe you could run with invisibility and then swithch to stealth before attacking? Comments on this would be welcome.

I think you should slot up your main attack powers before wasting slots in swift etc but nin/nin being as tight as it is (not as tight as other sets tho) but in reality your not gaining very much by slotting swift and hurdle and imo is a waste of slots.
1 slotted swift = 24mph
3 slotted swift = 27mph
Hurdle gains nothing with the extra slots in jump height.
Alot of debate about Rin atm .. i tested 2 recharge SO's on my lvl 50 with 1 lvl 50 SO and 1 lvl 51 SO and it wasn't perma at all infact there was a gap .. with 3 SO you get an overlap of 5-8 seconds.
Your right in the fact you can't run stealth and invis at the same time but i have both and switch to stealth b4 AS'ing.Grant invis would only work on another player and will only work untill they attack at which point it will lose its stealth bonus untill it runs out or is reapplied so is basicly a 1 shot deal.. not many ppl will follow you around buffing you and you probably won't do the same to other ppl.
stick with stealth/invis.

Unsurpressed travel powers is travelling without using: Fly, Superspeed, Teleport or Superjump.
Examples:
- 3xJump in Combat Jumping and 3xJump in Hurdle
- 3xRun in Swift and 3xRun in Sprint (plus quickness/siphon speed if you're that AT)
The benefit is that you do not get a slowdown when you attack. You'll notice that when you hit something with a travel power on, you get a five second surpression (you will run/fly/jump very slowly). It was added in i5 mainly to stop blasters flying overhead, sniping and then zipping away.
Using CJ or Swift/Sprint means that you don't have this slowdown Swift and Sprint is not as fast as SS, but swift/sprint/quickness is when fully slotted. CJ+Hurdle is nearly as fast as Superjump and about ½ as high.

Two is enough, if you use green enhancements. With hasten you get occasional overlap of about 20+ seconds.

I recently had this argument where I was on your side, and I think you should double check. You might be thinking of Practiced Brawler, where 2 is plenty. With 3 I barely get overlap (not using hasten). Since Hasten is only in the build at the end, he wont have it in Warburg or earlier.

I just checked it with my lvl 25 claws/nin stalker. I had one green and one even-lvl SO on it, and it was almost exactly perma, it stacked for about 2-5 seconds. I did not use hasten at all.
Of course, if you happen to be attacking or something, Rin might end up in queue and miss the optimal activation time.. But hasten should give enough leeway.
Just Checked aswell.
2 green SO's and I was perma with about a 5 sec overlap.
Good enough?
Looks like a great build to me mate, just take the slots out of stealth, it doesn't need defence buffs, just the one endurance redux will do. that leaves you with 4 slots spare.
Stick a recharge in assassin strike
Stick a recharge in soaring dragon.
Stick a recharge in golden dragonfly.
Stick a tohitbuff in build up.
I'd pull some slots out of swift aswell, and transfer them as tohitbuffs in build up. You'll have fast horizontal movement in the form of combat jumping and hurdle.
Personal thing for me, unless you plan on using invisibility for tracking, superspeed will help you aswell so could be useful as a level 49 power.
Edit: If you plan on teaming with other stalkers grant invisi, will be of great use. I'm mainly solo and selfish in a way with my stalker and prefer to have something like invisbility or superspeed for myself, helps greatly with performance.
