From what I know and have seen, yes, if you slot your attacks with Endmods enhancements they will drain more end from your opponents. Although, keep in mind that these attacks drain very little end (2 points max sometimes) so it would be better if you slotted your attacks with more dam, acc or endred.
imho they actually dont drain anything, they will increase your recovery for a short while.
The "small" attacks do drain some endurance, but not enough to get you a "free hit". But what makes the effect on the enemy´s endurance noticeable (and quite impressively so) is mainly the -recovery inflicted.
Anyway, if you have a spare slot in your first two attacks and nowhere else to stick them, those endu mod enhancements might be worth a try.
If it has eyes, you can blind it, if it has blood, you can make it bleed, if it has a mouth, you can make it scream.
I have stuck one End Mod in each of my attacks right now and don't notice a huge difference on the baddies End bar.
Might it be better to use an End Red instead? Only lvl 12 at mo so no DO's let alone SO's which might have more of an impact on the End Mod slots. Time will tell i guess.

My question is, if I slot the attacks for rndurance modification does this affect the endurance drained as well as the endurance delivered by the punch? Would love to be able to suck an opponents Enfurance dry by hitting them.
