Well on my defender it seems to work well. 2x Short Circuits makes enemies ( including bosses ) go down to nothing.
So basically back to I6 effectiveness ( although it is still the worst hit power on any of my characters from the ED changes ).
Interestingly when I tried it on Lusca I noticed that the end drain actually seemed to be doing something, I think I got her endurance down to about 50% before she was wiped out.

I think it is. The drain is pretty decent again and it adds a little bit of AoE damage, which elec is otherwise lacking. I have Power Sink from my secondary too and the combo drains most things I end up fighting. I slot it 3 endmod, 3 dam since it has an accuracy bonus.
SC was always worth having, in every issue. The only time I have seen SC not really be worth it is when People take it and don't slot it.

I had SC on my blaster ages ago but imo found it abit of a waste of time so respec it out, since then ive not had it in my build at all and ive lived with out it.
Its an ok power if slotted right but ive never had room for it in my builds or not had the slots to spare on it
any build is about priorities so i respect any decision u made shock, although let me say that any power which lets you stand in the midst of the enemy perfectly safe is imo invaluable. if you happen to nrg secondary then you are looking at a double duration -rec debuff too i think (20 seconds on even levels). I find this power more important in pve than any one single damage power due to it's uniqueness. It is also the defining power of the elec primary as no other blaster power can do what this does (EMP epic but doesn't really compare tbh).
