This could very well be, but unfortunately I could not verify this yet as I am constantly syphoned/fshifted and most enemies are just sucked dry of endu in one go. So I could not tell if they would have been drained to -20 or to -80 or something like that.

And for Syphon Speed and the -slow of Caltrops: Syphon Speed does not have a res to -slow, but since you are that fast the enemy needs some hefty -slow to make you really slow (like really large groups of tsoo). Also I noticed that -slow does not seem to affect you for too long as I had various occurrences of me slowing down for half a second or so before going back to insane speed. (Could be that these were some slows with a kind of hidden area of effect, not like those obvious Caltrops...)

Theres no difference between no SS active and SS when on caltrops. only tested with 1 SS tough.

Only one speed? What have you been doing?

But seriously: I don´t have too much Caltrops experience since I almost always hover around during combat. And those Arachnos web thingies certainly cannot stop me with three or four syphoned speeds on me. Sometimes I have to switch off hover because it gets too slow (or i have a -fly on me anyway), but that´s as serious as it gets. The enemy will always be slower than me... although that might not be true with a higher level elec brute.

Well, still only 23 atm, with 3acc and no recharg in SS. cant ever stack more than 2 for like 5 seconds.

Ist von der Sache her natürlich ok, aber rein mathematisch gesehen fährt man meist besser mit 2 Acc-SOs und fetter Recharge. Andererseits futtert man dann natürlich endlos blaue Inspis, bis man dann endlich groß genug ist, sich die Endu von den Gegnern wieder zurückzuholen... So, und nun haben wir unsere englischen Freunde endgültig verwirrt. HAR!

No Fly: not needed, taking siphon speeds/super jump for fast movement
Acro: didnt want to take it out of the build, for the ocasional holds in pve and knockback when not hovering (freak bosses etc)

Only 2 patron powers, i found i dont need another hold, i can pretty much perma hold purple bosses with freeze ray already

The build above is not complete in any way, ive just adjusted the powers, still need to fine-tune the slots. the build is considered to be respeced in at 50. currently i got 2ACC in each attack, and some end reducers. i think i can skip the end reducers once i got 2 end drains, so i can have 3 acc in all attacks. didnt have the slots for tohit in aim, ill see if i can get one or two in there though.

End recovery is still above 2.0 with all toggles (acro, hover, CJ, charged armor), should be okay.
maybe ill skip acro later in the final pvp build (anyone in PVP should beat mag 1 protection right?), not sure though.

any comments?

btw: im 27 now, got 1 recharge in SS, i can stack 3 already

First....you're way too worried about accuracy...stick with 2 acc in the powers.

Ice Bolt: Lose 1 acc

Ice Blast: Lose 1 acc.

Transfusion: Slot a recharge instead of one of the acc.

Combat jumping: Don't slot it for def buff. It's too small to bother slotting for. Go with a jump instead...preferably 2.

Siphon speed: Lose 1 acc

Freeze Ray: Lose 1 acc, maybe put a recharge in here?

Bitter Ice Blast: Lose 1 acc for a recharge.

Aim: Since you now probably have a lot of extra slots you could maybe put some tohit buffs in here?

Ice Storm: See if you can get at least 1 recharge in here.

Acrobatics: 2 end reds is enough

Transference: slot it 2 acc, 2 rech, 2 end mods. Will be up every fight and you will never run out of end again.

Fulcrum Shift: Lose 1 acc

Power Sink: Total overkill since you have Transferance. Skip it.

Hover??? Take Inertial reduction for unsupressed movement goodness.

Another thing....consider taking frost breath for PvE anyways...will be awesome dmg with fulcrum shift and you want all the AoEs you can lay your hands on after you pick it up.

No way, i want to make sure i hit with those, since my life depends on it way to many times. plus i want to hit in pvp too. same for attacks, but ill see how pvp performance is before respecing.

true. but then again i start missing things alot when enhancers turn grey/yellow, which means i cant defeat bosses too easily.
as said, still not sure about the acc slotting, i will test in pvp and decide later.

if its for having slots to put into aim:
3acc + unslottet aim = 97.2% + 42.5% = 139.7%
2acc + 3tohit aim = 75.9% + 66.8% = 142.7%

i dont have any problems with slots, so i'd rather have 97.2% all the time PLUS aim than 75.9% all the time plus aim, where the acc with aim active is (almost) the same.

Trust me, that one recharge SO helps a lot more than the 3rd Acc. The buff from third accuracy isn't too high, if you're that worried about missing, slot Aim with ToHit Buffs.

Transference has a pretty good recharge, especially with stacked Siphon Speed. Two +end is overkill in my opinion, if you're teaming in PvP you'll be buffing mostly, if you're solo, then it's easy to manage end 1v1 as you'll be unsurpressed.

Even capped for speed, Hover is painfully slow at the moment. With IR, CJ and Hurdle slotted for Jump you're gonna get everyone that isn't going straight for the sky box. Also, it's faster travel wise and means you can escape a LOT easier. Plus, Immob protection!

Again, the 3rd acc isn't that much of a boost, and you've got Aim. Slot Aim. My blaster can quite easily hit +2's and +3's with just two Acc.

Again, because the third acc isn't that much of a boost. If you've the spare slot, I'd recommend an EndRed over the 3rd Acc, but it's down to personal taste, I guess.

hmm, where are you getting those numbers??

For instance base acc of transfusion is 86,3%. Add 2 acc SOs and you've got 136,2%. Yes you will have a better chance of hitting with 3 acc SOs in every power but the return is pretty bad compared to using other enhancements.

Fulcrum will basically hit everything with 2 SOs....try it out and you will see.

That's not how the to-hit formula works.

Example:
PvP against fully slotted SR-Scrapper with unslotted Elude
Base To Hit is 50%
Total Defense ~ 75%

3 Acc,Aim no To Hit buffs:

[50%-75%+42.5%] * 1.97 = 34.5% chance to hit

2 Acc,Aim with 3 To Hit buffs

[50%-75%+66.9%] * 1.76 = 73.7% chance to hit

Okay, im almost 35 now, and soon i am to chose my patron. i dont care much about the shield, so basically its
power sink vs web grenade / web cocoon

how strong is the end drain on transference? the only reason i would take power sink is the additional end drain, so i can rely on beeing able to drain scrappers/tankers endurance. how fast/how much can transference drain endurance? should transference be sufficient already, i would rather take black scorpion and get shield/hold/immob.
