Perhaps a list of 'needs' would help, things that would make it easier to get involved?
Also, the interaction between CoV and CoH is somewhat limited, more an obstacle than a barrier, but still.

I have a villian who will likely be switching to Heroes to 'go back home' to Eden and fight the DE / Eden Trial / Hamidon, but not before he ends up getting cybernetic implants from Black Scorpy, falling out with Arachnos, blah blah.
The needed list depends on archetypes, numbers and power level of people interested. This storyline is light in terms of requirements, as CoX isnt exactly friendly towards roleplaying i prefer to keep the most important plot points to conversations and character interaction, with action being something which is adjusted to the participants.
Without so much as asking the rest I'd hazard a guess that the Silent Tempest is interested in this sort of thing. We already did a little something with EVIL resulting one of us defecting to Rogue Isles...

I was thinking a bit along the lines of IC 'requirements'
Examples:
Hatred for Crey
Past connections with Circle of Thorns
Likes to visit Pocked D
Bathes only once a week, with a rubber ducky
Easily recognized by the missing of ... a middle finger?
Something like that (but more serious and less specific?) rather then game requirements such as AT, lvl or powerset

I would like to inquire if there are any people on the hero side , interested in an crossover storyline between heroes and villains. The plot involves some valuable Crey technology resurfacing on both sides, and features characters whose background revolves around this Crey machinery and technology...So far the story is running inside our villain group, but i would like to expand it to the hero side as well, should there be enough positive resonance about it...
