fear & presence
Terrify is an AWESOME power, it's a very large cone, decent debuff, long duration fear, nice recharge and good AoE damge. Invoke panic? That's just crap

Unfortunately MaX seems right, compared to powers from primary , the presence pool powers are poo. I was thinking of having this 'master of fear' dominator with PP intimidate and invoke panic, good thing they handed out that freespec

[/ QUOTE ]Well, not entirely right, provoke is a fairly useful power.
Intimidate is alright, invoke panic needs 6 slots to be an even passable power. Terrify is the most amazing power I've never had
"Well, they found my diary today.
They were appropriately appalled
at the discovery of the eight victims
They're now putting it all together.

with one leg missing
Eight legs, one body, silk,

I was thinking the same thing, or at least get enough fears going to keep them still while i stack on "real" holds.

Been wondering if there's any huge difference between terrify in mind and invoke panic in the presence pools. Is terrify more potent, or have we been shafted? It already seems that the sturdy toons can control a squishy easier than a troller/dom can control them. (through stuns etc).
