First of, I'd really recommend you get your attacks 2acc 3damage. Consider my power advices with this slotting, unless proposed otherwise.

1) Proton Scatter and Luminous Detonation both suck bad. don't take, and don't slot.
2) Trade swift with a 3 slotted hurdle.
3) Incandescent Strike slot as proposed, plus 1recharge reduction
4) White Dwarf don't really need the 2 endmod, so if you need slots, take them from here.
5) Restore Essence only needs one 1recharge reduction, and that's it. Just don't die too much.
6) From experience, Pulsar doesn't really need 4 slots...
7) Light Form plus shields hit the resistance cap with only 1 resistance enhancement, 3 isn't really needed.
8) Quantum Shield only needs 3 resistances, not 4. it does stack with Incandescence.
9) Take Gleaming Blast EARLIER. As in, not after level 14, earlier.
10) Group Energy Flight sucks, even for PvP...
11) Take hasten and acrobatics. hasten is more important, and try fitting CJ+Acro in the build.

fast agree/don't agree:P

1. Agree with that:P
2. yes swift is much better in this case 2
3. agree with that 2
4. it does..not everyone goes human more often then dwarf:P
5. Agree'd..if you wanna restore it fast you got hasten and dwarf:P
6. 2 acc 2 recharge..4 slots is okay unless you are going solo a lot more
7. Dunno about that for sure..srry^^

11. CJ?..just switch to dwarf..but its always better then jumpkick..

I personal find superspeed+the inherent fly better then SJ cause of the power you gotta take and mez can be undone by going in dwarf (tho the xtra slots you get with CJ/SJ/acro are nice to put into your dwarf form..are you gonna PVP (no pve:P) then take acrobatics..going pure pve?..please..skip it:P

4. Disagree. Endmods in the forms are generally pointless unless you really don't have anywhere else to use the slots. Putting an endred in Dwarf Flare would actually be about 50% more efficient than two endmods in the forms for instance.

Is this a PvP build? No build up?

I Agree with allmost every thing you have mentioned i especially agree about you get your attacks 2acc 3damage. Consider my power advices with this slotting, unless proposed otherwise. That is a 100% Must do in my oppinion.

2) Trade swift with a 3 slotted hurdle. It Depends I have 3 Hurdle on my WS because i dont use the TP (i really dont like TP as a travel power) i use Hurdle And SuperJump, But on my PeaceBringer because i use the inherant Fly i went for Swift Insted (i think 3 Sprint Slots are a waste though) 2 max i say because your guarnteed to have 1 in Sprint, just personal choises i suppose & what you like & disslike.

10) Group Energy Flight sucks, even for PvP... AGREE 100% Again Totaly Pointless, maybe get it at a high lvl in your 40's and you have no good powers left, fair enough, but for me its a big no no.

I personally think luminous detonation rules.. I took it over gleaming blast because it's aoe knockback which means I can solo on invincible in combination with solar flare and dwarf flare to keep the enemies on their backs.

Damage isn't great but it's enough to make it worthwhile in my opinion. I play blapper style PB quite effectively and knockback is sooo useful to that playstyle.
