With all those End saving devices you have will you need that many Endrdx's in the other powers? I dont know either way but its the first question that sprung into my mind

I'd say 6 slot end drain, 3 recharge, 2 end mod and 1 end red....Full end of 2 minions every 30seconds

I'd also switch Overload slotting to 3 Recharge, 1 Def, 2 Heals.
With Overload and the other toggles you're basically DEF capped (I can Solo +2 EB's with Preator like that, and could tank AV's pre I7). At lev 40 the 2 heal enhs pushed my HP up to about 2.5k, so even when it's do get through I'm fine
I'm sorry I don't know much about DM, does it have a heal? If not I'd reccomend trying to fit Aid Self in...poss drop Damp Field and Energy Protection?

Do you get the millage from Siphon Life to warrant the slots you're putting in it? I know some people swear by it, I mostly swear at it myself.

It gives me a ~20% heal every ~10 seconds, plus it does some damage and has a -acc component. Without a self-heal in the secondary it's very useful.
