Some friendly advice to the opening poster, I might reconsider your characters background if I were you. For several reasons, like dancing on the line of copywright issues, and the fact that such characters from said show wouldn't really fit into a lot of standard superhero roleplay.
uhmm..... actually ive seen SO MANY characters in this game, Matau, Gohan, Catgirl etc. who is Copyrighted.. if it can get me banned im sry... i will stop it imediatedly (spelling

You have several choices. There's the nightly 9pm roleplay meets at the Galaxy Girl statue in Galaxy City. This generally tends to be for the more social side of RPing. A heroes downtime as it were where they can come to chew the fat with like minded folk. It's also a good place to meet the various RP supergroups, most of which will only let you join if there's and In Character reason.
Alternatively, you can try to find an RP supergroup that will take you, but that will be considerably harder.
As for your backstory, Saiyans are a trademarked/copyrighted concept, so I really don't recommend you copy them in any way at all. Yes I've seen many characters copied from the show, and I've also petitioned them every time I've seen them. You'll find your roleplaying experience much more rewarding with something original rather than trying to work someone elses concept into the game setting. Besides, if you're roleplaying in a mission with a team, you'll likely find them VERY unwilling to wait 2 weeks whilst you power up!

I said treading near, not on. See, you're tying your characters background into a 3rd party and copywrited and trademarked setting. Not only that, but in Dragonball Z collateral damage normally ends up taking out chunks of the earth, not a style that fits into City of Heroes setting from what we've seen.

Or you could join Fusion FM. It's a chat channel used like a radio.
When you feel like fighting crime in-character (IC), just send an 'lft'.. for example:
"Glaise here, reporting for duty."
"Glaise, this is Rider, thank god you're here - we got trouble in Kings Row!"
Or answer someone else's call for assistance.. like this:
"This is Nightman, we got trouble in the Red River, is there anyone out there to help.. please?"
"Glaise here, I'm on my way!"

Hey there (w00t my 1st post
) i am a lvl 14 natural scrapper (pretending to be sayan from DBZ in the family line of Broly) on the union server ad i want an RP that does not require me to do any o following things: Start over at lvl 1, come at 1 set time of a day (the RP may be going on for a set time just does not require me to be there all the time) and by the way.... i got 3 chars to RP on and they are: Glaise lvl 14 Natural scrapper (RP race: Sayan) Broly' lvl 3 Tanker (not sure on origin) (RP race: Sayan) and cryptomia lvl 4 Mutant Controller (RP race: Reptillian)
! seeing as i love RP's when they are populated (and online) and i got not that much stuff to do anyways!
