Hide + Stealth
And have someone use grant invisibility couple of times on you on top of hide+stealth and its as good as it gets 
Heres what i do Invis + Hide brings you as close to the cap as you can get.Also get Stealth aswell for when you want to kill some one.Use Invis + hide to get in close target someone hit BU hit Stealth then hit AS then its business as usuall.

In reality, whilst you can cap out the amount of stealthiness through hide+stealth+grant invisibility, you don't need it to be stealthy. Patience, a sound appreciation of line-of-sight and use of scenery will allow you to be invisible even if you are only using hide - the other options supplement that, but aren't a substitute for spending the time practising being invisible whilst in plain sight.
Or have I been watching too many ninja films?
Wondering the same sort of question as War_Hero, what is stealth cap for different pvp zones? For instance would I cap it in Bloody Bay with only hide+stealth or would I need grant invisibility too?
it's me or same question comeback again and again? ^^
anyway, to be stealthy don't come only with stealth + invis+ grant invis as some hero (device blaster for exemple) will ever see you as clearly as the sun, being stealthy is also to know how to approach such prey and to use the land to your advantage. if you only rush to place an AS you will be se you toon being tear apart many time.
When in PvP, i want my stalker hidden properly, so let me know how to hide him!
