1) i realise Living Laser is an Iron-Man Villain, but i thought it was okay to use the name since the lawsuit thingy was cleared up with Marvel

1) Because what's stopping marvel from re-opening the law suit? I'd rather not have one of my favorite games closed down.

The lawsuit had no effect on the EULA - recreating characters owned by a third party was against the rules before the lawsuit, and remains against the rules now.
Please create your own characters, not copies of ones who belong to someone else. Thanks.
