* Seaweed - First mission of the yellow car? Got it ready on EncoreX
* Mask Maker - got the contact,now to get mission on InfernalX
(update, get stuck in a bloody mission.. defeat all in a lab)
* Stone Cold - have to get contact, then to get the mission on (some alt i have)
* Strikebreaker - have a lvl20 alt, dont know if i get this contact fast
* Agent of Discord - have a lvl25 alt, need to finish some missions of Vargas to get Kirkland
* Soul Taker - how to get that contact?
Gonna do a TF now first, later i continue

Seaweed isnt a golden roller mission anymore. dont know who else but i just completed golden roller and didnt get this badge
I still have another mission 'defeat seaweed', maybe thats the badge one?

I should be able to get you the first 2 badges in your list. Stone Cold - have an alt who can pick that contact.
Maskmaker - another alt who csn pick this contact.
Seaweed and strikebreaker are now missions are now given out by the same contact in Sharkhead.
I also have shrouded mission available on one alt and I am working on getting multi dimensional on another.
I'll be on the lookout for you two .
