i have fought my share of kins, but i dont have a /regen scrapper.. or any other scrapper for that matter, they just bore me

then again, i killed a spines/regen in warburg the other day with my robo/poison MM

Spines/regen can be a nightmare on open maps as soon as they realise they need to stay out of range so that I can't use transfusion to heal myself. Those that try to wade in close tend to drop eventually though, especially if they MoG (psi ftw! )

Hey, so messing about in sirens last night and it was pretty good fun. Just me as a fire/kin corruptor and a few others on heroes. So we did a few duels. One that really stood out was the one vs. the spines/regen. I couldn't even dent the regen rate, and that was without instant healing running, while the damage output at range was just silly. So what can villains do against them beside bringing a while team along to spike them?

I stuff them in a corner with my mind dom untill they learn to behave

Spyka is pretty unique on the EU servers as is "fully optimised", I have been recommending to others to build a toon on the US servers and take advantage of the daily Hami raids, which, though are not nearly as professional as the EU ones due to the abundance of miscreants seemingly intent on screwing it up, are usually sucessful.

Of course this just makes dying all the more embarrassing Shes certainly not unkillable but with quills, DP and IH running its a lot of fun taking on large numbers of villains (mostly stalkers) and winning. Just a pity I have no room for hasten pre-30.

As with anything there is always an antithesis and its playing against these that is the most fun. To be honest my initial concept was for a SR but couldnt fit in heal self and regen allows me to miss out the 2 last powers from the regen pool (revive and mog) which I dont feel are needed for my pvp game and pick up other powers, also i feel regen has better survivability in pvp. I just wish that spines/regn wasnt so FOTM as it makes me embarrassed to play her

I just avoid fighting */regen scrapper now. Ignore them, just aim for the squishies. No one to taunt the angry Brutes sucks, the FOTM spines/regen won't be able to prevent the inevitable, the defender or troller is going down

[censored] to "FOTM". You built it, you levelled it, have fun playing it !

(Mind sharing your build notes with me Stalk'? I wouldn't mind talking over some points prior to netting the next "freespec" for Mighty, which I may as well consider to be his final respec ever ).

The debuffers & the corruptors are the worst problem for my regen. I don't mind it though, it's nice to have something a bit Kryptonite & interesting to work against.

lol go to WARBURG

once u have fire imps u wil be fine against most things

make ur hold 2 acc 3 recharge and SPAM IT ON EM

they wil get held eventually. then just let imps reck havok

if ur a pvp build make transfusion 3 rechage 2 acc (possibly 6th an end reduct or a heal for imps)

but play it right u can own regens

Even with Ice/Rad as your combo you'll have problems taking down a good regen scrapper. You'll lack the endurance to take his/her health down for the second time before their heals are back up.
