On my /elec defender and my friends, the boost in end is very noticeable in PvE though 
At least at low lvls we have mostly peaked end bars.. Interesting.
End drain is a buff/debuff so defenders will drain significantly more than blasters or brutes with an equivelent power. They do less damage of course.
I really should do something about this signature.
