I would love to get this one on Kinslayer but I thought it was near impossible to get?
The only method I've heard of for getting it is to farm the lvl 20 cape mission and even then it's pretty random that any outcasts turn up, with only 3 or 4 per run expected?
Any chance you can just post a few details on how you'll be getting it and also, could you confirm how many are needed for the badge?
From what I have heard it is 100 Outcast Bosses, I said this will be a VERY slow badge to get and we do need a full team to get the most out of it, the mission we are doing is the operative Wellman detroy the statues mish, so far I have started and reset tne mish 5 times and there has been outcasts on all 5 times.... but on no more than 3 mobs per map.... thats why I was thinking of doing it over several nights. BTW it is possible to spawn bosses on ruthless by myself, I rather have it on my badge toon though :P
I would of course like to join if i may, I also have this badge on my alt but i was waiting to see if they turn up in I7 like in the new mayham missions

I'm sorry but us villains cannot get to Steel Canyon and we have to do the aforementioned mish to get the badge and its the only mish with outcasts..
I would like to get this badge with Darklimb although won't have any real time until tommorrow night 4th (and not until after 10pm)
Then working nights on the 5th and 6th so should be about most of the day on 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th.
Just work odd shifts 
but wanted to give you some dates to play with, as you say it will take time but unless anyone has come across outcast bosses on any test server missions there doesn't appear to be a better way to approach this.
Send a tell to @Darklimb whenever there is a hunt on or add as a global friend if you like to see if I am there or not.

The fact that you're on the Union Villains board should be a good tip.
As you might gather from the replies here, you really don't see Outcasts on the Isles - I think the mission being used is actually an instanced Paragon City map.
okay people look for Karmacode at 7.30 ish 2nite, I want the badge on Doctor Dust BTW :O
Looks like I will be missing out on this since my shifts have been rearranged at work due to sicknesses.
But based on the premise that this will take a long time to get I will wait for an announcement for the next hunt.
I plan to do this over the next few days at 7.30... when I get the badge on Dust everything should move alot quicker. I'll hold on to the mish until everyone that wants it has it.

I'll be about with Kinslayer again. Was actually quite surprised at how much progress we made last night(considering how hard it is to get) and should be able to clear it in just two more sittings

Cheers to Welsh for having me along. Was a lot quicker than I guessed it would be and I'd estimate it took us 3 hours total over the two nights.
A 7/8 man team will spawn 3 bosses per run and their are a few Tsoo Sorcerors and Ancestor Spirits as well for those two badges
okay seening we hit the reset ceiling b4 everyone got the badge thelast hunt with Karmacode will be 2nite to help those unfortunate not to get the badge b4 the limit was reaching.... I also like to thank all that attended the hunt and helped me gain the badge as well
Hello I am going to host a Weatherman Badge Hunt, we need at least 8 people to do this and it will be the slowest badge to collect aside the illusionist badge. Post here if you want in... Doctor Dust
