for duels maybe, for teamplay no. There's a good chance someone in your team will play a support role and buff your recovery. I've never needed it in teams.

Ive been using him mostly for pvp last weeks.. Make of that what you will.
I respecced General Gamma (Ice/Nrg) after S4 so that he has both Stamina and Conserve Power available when he enters Siren's Call. He's a blapper without Hasten and I haven't regretted the decission yet - without Conserve Power up and running I tend to run out of endurance eventually. Depends on your playstyle, I guess.

I'd keep it personally. I find i can punch myself dry of endurance in about 5-6 moves, so it would be a god-send in RV and Warburg

I dont have it but wish i did. 1v1 against scrappers and such you need it. As said if you plan to team/pentad you shouldnt need it imo.
imo the difference between a good team and a great team is that the members in a great team function very well together but do not rely on other team mates to function i.e. if u take the buffer out they can still function very well, if ur reliant on a team mate the team can fall apart
I'm not sure whether too keep this for my PvP char when he reaches 50? Is it worth taking, or are the duels/fight too quick for it worth having?
