Here is his discription:
Universeman
Tom Longely was attacked by an Outcast Torch when he was 15 years old. He wanted revenge for that, because his back was heavily burned after the attack. When he asked his father if he could experiment to get fire powers his father forbid him to go in the lab. For a long time did Tom a lot of exercising to get strong enough to take revenge. A year after the attack came Toms father out of his lab with a package. He gave it to Tom with the words: Use it wise Son. Tom opened the package and looked inside. He got an armored suit which provided him fire Powers, Super Speed and Super Jump. Finally he could get his revenge. Now is Tom 16 year old and the Hero known as Universeman.

nah, despite the few typo's, a pretty nice story for a character. So he's just a young kid. Any relation to the Real-Life Universeman?
