I won't ask how you deal with all of the teantacles and the spit when PA is down and how can lingering rad help against them, I want to see it before I can actually believe this.

You may drop PA, cast lingering rad to debuff his regen when PA is down, recast PA, recast lingering rad when PA is down at infinitum....
