Tyler playfully ignited his hand to a low flame and shook hands,then shook it off and shook hands properly,
"Oh,I look forward to it"
"I'm sure you will" Adam replied "Ector vinear soorvistay" he wondered if Tyler understood Ancient Airvertian. he was tortured a bit physically, he might aswell return the favour mentally
Tyler lifted his eyebrow and walked away to Jack who was sitting by the window.
"Hey,listen,sorry if it seems I'm ignoring you....but things sorta came up" he smiled politely,waiting for an answer.
Jack Looks round "nah, found my way here, food is good, chicken is good, me eating the chicken is best of all" beams at Tyler and strips a leg of its meat.
"who's the guy with the pointy ears?" Jack asks curiously, still eating.
"Erm,thats Adam....are you ok?"
Tyler looked worried as Jack sat there digging into the piece of chicken.
Jack looks puzzed "sure i am, i have food, a nice view, and now some company, only thing that would improve it is some company of the female verity, why do you ask?"
"Erm.....no reason,just wondering,oh Adam addressed one of these to you"
He fumbled in his pocket and ofund the invitation to Adams "special classes"
Jack reads the crumpled note, then laughs "well it's his funeral, thought that would be for none close quaters people, still he wants to try to teach me how to fight, he's welcome"
pulls some breast meat off the chicken, still smiling
Tyler ignited his hand and smiled,remarking,
"My sentiments exactly mate,lets see if I can't make it too hot to handle for him"
Adam had gone to the gym, all there was with him was a very large block of ice(think the size of your fridge/freezer). His training had given him a black belt in Airvertian Jitsu, and he learnt how to do things like this...
he stood in a fighting pose, his right arm drawn back for a punch. it was shaking and jittering like crazy as Adam was focusing on the block. then, he thrust his arm forward, his hand with his palm held high, as if to push something. he didn't hit the block. after standing like this for another five seconds, before walking towards the block of ice and shattering it with a quick flick of his finger. He then took a mop and bucket and mopped the floor to clear the slush he had just recently made
"I know they're bragging, but they've never been to hell and back again. Oh, they're in for a treat" he muttered to himself, smiling evilly.
after his 'fun' he headed back to the temple to do some praying...
~ Pious! Your brother has alerted me of your... situation ~ Dirigente was speaking telepathically to Pious. ~ Answer me in thought, why are you trapped in your own field? ~
Well, I was... headmaster, I can't breath, please. Where is Mrs. Alexis? She'd usually be here to help.
~ Mrs Alexis will not be saving you Pious, I've told her not to. You must learn to control your fields, and to be trapped in a simple force bubble? ~
Headmaster.. Pious was loosing conciousness, the interiors of the sphere was completely depleted of oxygen. He closed his eyes.
~ Concentrate Pious. I believe in you, just calm down, focus on the force itself, you generated it and you can remove it. ~
Please, I have no air! Headmaster!
~ You're panicing Pious, clear your mind. You are not afraid. You're in complete control of the situation. ~
Pious paused. He forced open his eyes and could make out a girl materialize from bright orange glitters. Myrtyl. Everything faded and went black.
~ Pious? ~
~ Myrtyl, how is he? ~
He's okay dad, but it wasn't a personal force field... it was a detention bubble.
"who are you praying to?" asked a voice from behind Adam
"it's not important" Adam dismissed, stopping his praying. he stood and turned to see who he was talking to. It was a girl, same age as him, with long black hair. she wore a T-shirt, a pair of jeans and sandals on her feet
"Are you Adam Hastoria?" she asked
"yes, and who might you be?" Adam asked back
"I'm Sophie Vernadi, I'm gonna be your new room mate. I was also put in your special class... and your year aswell" Sophie explained
"Mr. Isidor's test?" Adam asked
"yeah, aced it" Sophie answered
"well, I'll show you to the dorm and I'll give you a tour of the school if you want" Adam suggested
"that would be, cool" Sophie seemed a bit shy, but it was a new school so, hey, it was normal behaviour. they walked towards the dorms, talking about their time here so far...
Meanwhile on the rooftop of the tall Victorian university building, a naked man with a visor and a mohawk was seen jumping and prancing around from rooftop to rooftop of the different dorms,screaming obscenities and blowing forceful winds down people´s chimneys so as to stir up the ashes, just for the hell of it

BIC: Pious awoke in the hospital bay. His new friend at his side.
"You fainted, lack of air" said Myrtyl.
"You was there. The whole time." Pious sighed, annoyed.
"Hey, you're learning the hard way," Myrtyl held his hand. "But on your first day, you've already discovered so much."
Pious yanked free his hand. "I could have died. What kind of person stands and watches a student sufercate?"
"Firstly, Dirigente did not know you put up a detention field, from where I was standing, it looked like another personal force field."
Pious was angry, yet pleasantly surprised at the news that he had in fact generated a new type of field. "Either way, that was no way to educate. I'm off to bed."
Tyler excused himself from Jack so he could go to the temple to to relax for the "special classes" he was about to attend.
Whistling to the tune of "I'm so excited",he pushed open the temple doors to see Adam with a young girl,chatting.
Tyler lifted his eyebrow and joked, "Tut tut,you disgracing our holy place as well Adam?" he smiled and stuck his tongue out,waving his hand and causing a couple of candles to be lit around a huge bronze statue of a demonic looking figure with 6 arms.
"wait- huh? what?" Adam was incredebly embarassed, so much so his face was the same shade as his shirt
"you must be Tyler" Sophie said
"well, you guys look like you've gotten off pretty well, Sophie, do you know our dorm number?" Adam asked hurridly
"sure, it's #228" Sophie answered
"Great, i need to go there now, have fun! Tyler this is Sophie, make sure you're in my lessons after lunch, see ya, bye!" Adam bolted out the temple and to the dorms to save anymore embarrasment
"so... uh..." Sophie started "you're head boy?"
Tyler smiled calmly at Sophie,noticing how pretty he tohught she was,
"Thats right,you new here?"
He kneeled in front of the statue and began to chant before it,watching as the palms of each of the creatures hands held a different couloured ball of flame.
"ish, I arrived the other day, I come from Wisconsin. mom made me take a cab istead of flying here" Sophie explained "my twin sister didn't come here, we couldn't afford it, so she's gettin' her training from my dad"
Sophie thought that Tyler was quite handsom, but it was only the first day, so she kept the admirations and flirting until a few months later...

Adam was on the floor of the dorms, being thankful that he picked a chimneyless room. he went to the closet where he kept his costume and put it on his bed, getting it ready for his lesson in the next half hour. He also thought of an in-genius opening challenge for his new students, which should prove his abbilities.
"So Sophie, you got signed up for "specail classes" "?
Tyler grinned, innocently flaring his fingertips one by one,then blowing them out,humming to the happy birthday tune.
"yeah, they sound cool, I heard Adam is an ex-cape" Sophie stated. she tapped the toe of her shoe behind her for a while.

Adam meanwhile, read a book while listening to the many complaints of the other students in the other rooms who had the great misfortune of gaining fire places
"I love being me... most of the time"
Tyler chuckled,
"I SO can;t see him as the hero type....look,is it a bird,a plane...no...its elf-boy!"
He knelt down again,waving his hands and making patterns with the multicoloured flames. making a rose comrised of fire bloom right in front of Sophie.
"Why, you sure are the gentleman type" Sophie replied, staring at the rose of flame, then freezing it so she could carry it "yet, I preffer guys who dont flaunt their power. I have to go get a schedule before our next lesson" she started jogging out, but before she left, she did a slight turn and gave Tyler a wink, then ran down the hall to the office

With his costume on, Adam meditated in mid air in the NRVS room. Ten minutes to go before he give his lesson. And his plan had recently been formulated. This'll teach those cocky students to challenge Acenra
Tyler looked dreamily at Sophie exiting the room...did she just wink?!
He stared for about 5 minutes,before he realsied his trouser leg was on fire and began jumping up and down trying to put it out.
Finally he succeeded and got ready for Adams lesson by finishing his chant,thinking about Sophie all the time.
((muahahahahahaha!!! you know whats commin' now dont you? 'Tyler and sophie, sittin' in a tree...'))
Sophie leaned against the wall outside the NRVS room, and waited for the others to arrive...

Adam was bored of waiting. a quick skirmish with the hellions would cure his thirst. he set up a three minute battle so he would wait for the others
((gonna wait until a nice selection of people arrive, so i'm waiting for... Pious, Jack, Myrytl and Tyler. I'm not sure where Natoe is at the mo.))
"Bro, what are you doing?"
"Hey Sinn. Chillin' in the bubble, what does it look like?" Pious' face was blue from the lack of oxygen.
"You're stuck are'nt you?"
Pious was silent. "Er.. yeah, could you get Dirigente for me please?" he whimpered, embarassed.
"Real speedy" said Sinn, as he supersped off and out of sight.
Pious sighed. Several students giggled as they past his table. He thought he heard one utter the word "loner" and covered his face in shame. A sense of alienation washed over him, followed by sadness, he shrunk into a squat in his bubble.
