Ice/Stone Build
I would take both Mallets, I'd certainly take Stone Mallet over Hurl Boulder. If you want a -Fly ranged attack I would go with Stone Prison instead.
Salt Crystals is hard to use because of all your AoEs, and anyone else's which will break sleep. If you want to stick with Earth Mastery I'd switch with Stone Prison. Stalagmites is unfortunately not the same as the Controller power - the Disorient was lowered to something like 10-20% and the damage upped, it's more like a ranged Tremor attack, nothing like as effective as Fault. I ended up dumping Earth Mastery because of how useless Salt is and the low mezz of stalagmites; Fossilise and Stone Prison are both good though.

Here's a slight revision. Hurl Boulder swapped for Stone Mallet. Earth Mastery swapped for Arctic (Hold + Ranged Attack), spare slot filled with Permafrost for some bonus Fire RES towards the end. For the record, Hibernate & Permafrost are in there because I can't think of anything else to take for those two powers. I suppose I could go with CJ/SJ and have 2 extra free slots to spread around.

The only thing I'd say is how can you face leaving stamina until 20. I'm so impatient and taking it at 20 was great.
Similarly, despite the fact that I was going to leave it until 22 I got so annoyed with not having taunt that got it at level 12.

Well depending on how my end usage goes once I have DOs (Which might be tough as I'm on Union with no high level toons to feed my enhancement habit ) I might move Build Up to 24 and take Taunt at 16, Health at 18 and Stamina at 20.
I can survive without Taunt for the mostpart - I very rarely have to use it with Spad as CE does more than enough to hold aggro. Admittedly at some point between Lv10 and Lv16/18 someone is going to drag a mob off me, but with SS I can happily recapture the aggro with CE before the other mobs have started to move.
The real problem is fitting in all the powers I want before Lv20. After 25 it's fairly easy.

In one of the latest patch they swapped the tier 4 attack for Taunt, so you can pick the 3rd attack on the set(usually a good one: Bone Smasher, Haymaker, Heavy mallet and so forth)with Taunt, putting Taunt as available only at lvl 10

Well it's certainly nice being able to 1-shot even level minions at Lv4

I think I rely on Taunt a great deal for starting engagements, I think it is quite a big part of my tanking style.
I assume SS is superspeed. I've never used Superspeed in combat on any of my tankers, except as a fast way to close with malta Sappers before they drain me. Given that Superspeed suppresses and IIRC Taunt Auras cause suppression I'm not sure it will help.
I did use the Combat Jumping/Hurdle combo a great deal with Hibernal Flea, I found that it was very effective for kiting and jousting bosses, especially good against Atta's guards who hit a little bit too hard and often for me to be happy with. It was also in character too. Unfortunately that particular playstyle seemed to get less common as I levelled.

Non-damage Taunt Auras don't suppress travel powers any more.

Just rerolling my ice/ice for concept reasons (previously got up to 30). I took taunt at level 10 and have been very popular because of it - gasps of "OMG you can actually tank!" from experienced players around this level.
Just a thought, you may still want to get this before level 18... perversly enough it seemed to add to my survivability because the defenders/trollers/blasters werent running off all the time trailing urine...
Just a quickie, seeing as I have no experience with the Stone secondary - have I made any glaring mistakes?
