Lvl 49 power for MA/Regen

I am just about to hit 49 on my scrapper and i am not sure what power to take. I have the following powers (as well as i can remember as im at work)

Thunder kick
storm kick
crane kick
dragons tail
egales claw
focus chi

fast healing
reconstruction
dull pain
intergration
resilience
instant healing
MOG
(quick recovery) forgot it first time

Air superiority
Fly

swift
health
stamina

boxing
tough

laser beam eyes
focused accuracy

Now for my last power i am not sure if its better to take...

cobra strike (think thats what its called the stun power) is it any good what sort of slotting does it need?

energy torrent not sure i really need it and suppose it would need slots too

revive shouldnt really need slotting just so i dont have to worry about awakens

taunt useful for saving the odd squishy

any other power suggestions would be good too

No Quick Recovery I see, but if you dont want another end recovery power fair enough.
Energy torrent used to be an awesome power but ED has crippled it although still a useful AoE considering the poor range of dragons tail, would need slotting as youve said.
I personally love revive you get 75% of your hp and with an end mod you get 50% of your end really useful for those rediculus situations

Cobra Strike is a very good power.

I don't think it has 100% chance of disorient but it must be close as I rarely remember it missing. I had planned to slot it 1 acc and a few disorient durations but atm its 1 acc 1 recharge. It helps for stacking with Eagles Claw and Thunder Kick to disorient bosses.

Don't know if it's worth taking at 49 but it is worth having.

Well since you didn't give any reason I'm going to reply anyway.

Resilience may only be a small resistance value and some stun resist, but I feel it's invaluable in late game where Sappers come into play, they suck your end away and once you've got no toggles you're stunned for a very long time. But not if you have resilience, also takes away the stun from using an awaken, which is a nice substitute for Revive.

I'd like to point out beforehand that I have VERY little experience with regen, so what I say may be complete wossname.

I would suggest you take revive. Seems to me that carrying around a power greater than the equivalent of a top-tier awaken can't be a bad thing, and since it gives you some endurance back, it's quite easy to switch on integration, click reconstruction, and be pretty much back to full health straight away.

Your ability as a scrapper will determine just how useful this power will be to you, but even the uber scrappers die sometimes, and this power can be very useful when you do.

My advice, take it, see just how much you need it, and slot it for recharge (1-3) accordingly.
