Hold Magnitude for Incandescant Strike
AFAIK Incandescent Strike can hold Lieuts and Minions with 1 shot and being your main tool to take out voids and quants without too much risk I'd swap it for pulsar and maybe at least slot it for 2 acc 3 dmg because it makes the same damage as Total Focus but has 100% of chance to hold the foe..
After I picked Gravity Well(the holding move for the WS)I still have to have a trouble fighting Voids and Quants (as long as i see them before aggroing a mob )so my advice is to pick it up asap(lvl 18 I think)
Just one thing id like to point out why do you have aid other/aid self when you have also taken glowing touch and reform essence?
Id would say drop the pool power heals and stick with the core power heals will free up to powers for you.
Mag 4 springs to mind for some reason but I could be making that up...
Can I ask what your build plan is? It's just that you'll be lacking in damage slightly in human form.
Yes sorry I should have explained the build a bit.
I regularly team with 3 other players and the 4 toons we are using this time around are my kheldie, an Ill/Storm troller, an Elec/Kin defender and an Elec/Elec blaster.
Hence I thought I'd make a medi-kheldie (though obviously can also chuck out a lot of damage when in nova and will tank for us when the time comes).
Must say - finding PB's much easier than my 45 WS - he's just very complicated (still good fun though)
Incandescent Strike is beautiful, if you're only going to slot it with one hold duration though just forget about taking it...
It's a mag 3 hold with a high chance to be mag 4, I think. The holding power of IS is very handy but I feel the ammount of time your opponents held doesn't matter much. Better going with an Accuracy three Damage and some combination of end reduction or recharge reduction.

To be honest, I didn't realise it held enemies until I read it on the forums... it's a very secondary effect for me.

Never plan on my opponent living more than a few seconds if i'm hitting them with IS, so I wouldn't bother with hold. As said above slot it for acc and dmg. It's a good Alpha strike to take out oranges, reds and purples. IS is the 'laying the smack down' power.

Agreed, Glowing touch is an awesome heal power. And coming from an ex Empath that's saying something. I've kept a team alive with it in front of an AV when the defender dropped. Unless your planning on spending 90% of your time healing others i'd drop Medicine. And if you are planning on spending 90% of your time healing others, roll an Empath.
I strongly suggest you try and work stamina in somehow, post lvl 30 you'll spend more and more time in human form and it gets very endurance hungry.
Hi Guys, Anyone know what mag the hold is for PBs? I'm going to take Incandescant Strike anyway but the hold Mag could make me take it a smidgen earlier.... for fun here's my build as stands - currently lvl 17.
