Not advisable as with lower levels you've got problems if you miss. You do tend to miss more at lower levels.

[/ QUOTE ]You're a damage AT. Blaster melee attacks do insanely high damage, so whenever you can safely do so (and your secondary so permits, ie. you're not /devices), use your melee attacks to devastate the enemy.

When playing a blaster remember that you are the enemies favourite punching bag. Don't let them!

So my blaster philosophy is when you [censored] off an enemy make sure that you can defeat them when they come to you.

I tend to alternate between picking off dangerous enemies and putting AoEs on the tank.

Only issue with this is its very, very easy to overshoot and aggro another group.

true, but for some reason i rarely missed with thrust when i used this tactic, might be (and likely will be) luck. At higher lvls you got a nice variety of diff powers to achieve this as well, so thats why i included the lower lvl part
