It provides a pathetic amount of Slash/Lethal/Toxic resistance, about 5% IIRC unenhanced. The only advantage of it is the Disorient resistance. At higher levels it is enough to allow you to us an awaken and not be stunned.

OTOH, it's the only Resistance you'll get as a /regen.

If you intend to PvP, its a must have, jsut for the disorient protection. However if it is just a PvE build, I'd leave it, the resistance isnt worth a power.

What, the Smashing / Lethal Resistance provided by Resilence? No, there's no chance of that. 3 Damage Resistance SO's are a good way to go though, in both Tough and Resilence.
If you mean the Stun protection provided by Resilence, nothing you slot in there will make a different to that. It's maxed as such from the moment you get it.
