5 mins 30 seconds and my using 25 respites into it - the broadsword regen said "i feel sorry for you i havent even had to heal yet". If he had headsplitter he would of 3 hit me.
there will be times pvp and pve ill outshine his scrapper with mine though (hopes) well definately pve and maybe against some controllers pvp.

Zortel and Wordmaker used to have the odd duel in the arena with their toons. One was MA/SR, the other Claws/SR. The MA could totally cream the Claws, and the MA was about five levels lower.

5 levels hardly matters its a small difference in hp, and in PvP its different from PvE and more down to the player's skill.
As for SR i agree its with NB on this its the best against trollers. Although claws does lack somewhat damage, it does have an awesome attack-focus, and you can run perma follow up which is great, shame 99% of the claws scrappers i see don't run perma follow up, thats a little damage boost for ya. follow up +focus +eviscerate seems like a good chain- and thats what claws do they chain, with claws the low endurance, low recharge follow up attack, there should be no gap in atttacking someone the only time you stop is when their dead.

nope in pvp despite spamming follow up focus and eviscerate the only time i normally stop is if i am dead (does depend on what i face though). As my claws/sr i can fight for forever quite literally (well excluding against say kinetics) if it werent for my healthbar proceeding downwards. My only way to stop this on my own is aid self which i do have taken at lvl 44 (this will be respec'd in sooner).

all the times my claw/sr has taken down a regen in a duel has been because i eluded alot and they didnt watch their endurance.

I'm back to this Private, my herobuilder says Follow up duration 12 seconds, recharge 12 seconds my Follow up recharges just as it goes off but i forget i am a super reflex with quickness its recharging in 10 seconds making the duration 10 seconds.
Making my herobuilder out of touch, or perhaps the current hero builder out of touch and i have also noticed that you are a regen so you would require 1 recharge.
So i am sorry for being so lacking in complete observation.
