But, I'd like to have Hover/Fly at the beginning, and SuperSpeed at the end. It seems easy to change the order, but I'm not sure how to do it. Anyone could help me?

Looks like my build. Pick up hover at 6 and fly at 14, and then hasten and SS when you can fit them in, any you'll be fine.

Note, the levels I added the various slots are more or less random. When actually leveling the build from 1-50, stick them in whatever seems sensible at the time.

Would agree with the above - My Dark/Psi has made 20 and I have never felt the need for Hasten or Stamina - although I will pick up the later eventually. Also I'm not sure about the slotting of Fearsome Stare with to hit debuffs. Personally I'd use Darkest Night, Tar Patch and Twilight Grasp as your debuffers and slot Fearsome for Recharge Reduction, Accuracy and Fear Duration. Just an idea...

fearsome stare with to hit debuffs is ace.

i think i have it slotted 1 ACC, 3 debuff and 2 recharge, idea being better to lock down multiple groups faster than one group very well, you cna always catch the free ones with your petrifying gaze.

however i have to say pre stamina / fluffy this character was a endurance hog, really bad.

the fluff stuff is ace though.

Back on topic..

I would think about what powers you would need at 20 and only take the essentials, take, Hover at 6-12 and Fly at 14 as the previous poster said.

You could use a planner such as Sherk Silvers CoH Builder. This can be found at http://home.comcast.net/~SherkSilver/
This is the ugliest but most accurate of the planners that I have used.

who says ED made the game worse???

that also looks like a good idea, and if it wasn't so damn expensive to reslot twice I would like give it a whirl. regardless, it shows what a great power fearsome is - you can tailor it to debuff or lock down according to your whim.

My reason for going with debuffs in Fearsome Stare is that there are occasions when you really don't want all your debuffing working through toggles. However, I've also used recharge slotting at times, and it is equally effective. It really is one of those powers where if I could 12 slot it I would.

Now I4 Fearsome Stare... That was a power. *wonders off remenicing about triple stacking without even having to slot recharge enhancements*

yer, my dark dark just got fearsome stare before i5 hit. even just 1 slotted it was vastly overpowered. in fact it made the game so easy i stopped playing the character. it single handedly did away the need for a tank, a controller, a defender, any stamina needs, any buffing needs any debuffing needs, the only thing you did need was damage output.

i seem to remember getting kill 25 trolls in skyway and it took about 15 minutes to kill them all but at the time i had around 30 trolls chain feared during that time, i even had time to rest right next to them without fear (sorry) of being hurt.

1 acc and you were god, at level 12. nerf said.
